Ok, so good news.
Today Square Enix began some eShop discounts including the Erdrick trilogy for Switch. I could only afford Dragon Quest 1 and I was expecting to not get the others in time for the offer.
That was until something in my mind made me ask my father about giving me money (which I expected to backfire as usual, since he despises giving money to others for this kind of stuff). But what happened instead is that after asking him he smiled and said "sure, why not?". Then he took me to his computer, asked me to log up into my Nintendo account and linked It to his Pay Pal account.
I bought the remaining two games and he then told me "maybe more next week".
It was something really unusual of him, but hopefully this means this shutdown is turning him into a better person.
