iirc it's just what happens when you paste in new character blocks into the existing table (you can try it yourself on inspect element) - they put in the two new ones for hero/banjo, but didn't remove the two previous question mark placeholder blocks/the site didn't update in time to reflect them doing so

i'd like it to mean something because it looks good for echoes like kasumi, but i think this was just a genuine formatting error

Oh man thats gonna piss people off when there favorite pokemon isn't actually going to be in. I have a feeling we will get all 150 gen 1 pokemon and many gen 4 and 5 pokemon are going to get shafted.
