They're not very interesting. Usually when I bookmark a page, I do it because there's something long I want to read or watch later. My bookmarks aren't actually indicative of the sites I regularly visit.

Naps are amazing. I wish I weren't so bad at getting up in the morning though. I have a hard time getting up before 11.

I was brushing my teeth moments ago and in the mirror I noticed that one strand of my hair was shiny as f**k! Upon closer inspection, it had a light brownish/reddish/yellowish color! I don't know what to make of it . . .

I've noticed that almost all asians have a patch of hair that's white. Maybe this extends to Mexicans or whatever flavor of latino Atlus is.

can someone tech me how to nap correctly? i would love to be able to but whenever i try i am either unable to fall asleep or i sleep way too long (4+ hours)

the couple times in my life i've had a real hour long nap felt amazing so i want to be able to do that on command

set an alarm and when it goes off force yourself to get up


its the same thing as staying up late when you have **** to do in the morning

idk about you guys but whenever I take a nap and wake up, I feel horrible. anyone know why this happens? I've never had a "good" nap. :(

put da alarm across da room

ive read the nap shouldnt be longer than 45 min. 20-45 mins is the target, either that or the full 90 min (cause we have 90 min sleep cycles? unverified. SHERIDAN WHERE ARE YOU!)

also takes an avg of 7 min to fall asleep so factor that in too

i pretty much don't nap unless I can nap until waking naturally (usually takes 2-3 hours)

I've found that getting alarmed leaves me even more tired than if I had never napped at all

What I've read is that naps should be 45-90 min, because past 90 min your brain is going into a deeper sleep mode and you feel groggy when waking up for a while if you nap too long. Personally, I think it varies a lot from person to person and even nap to nap, but 45-90 min is a good starting point for each person to find their own optimal nap interval. I like to nap closer to 2 hrs.

And yes, I hate alarms, I only wake up to the radio or just wake up naturally - I think people have the capability to wake up according to an internal clock with practice.

30-45 minutes is the target rate to get energy anything more then 45minutes will leave you groggy when you wake up.

i had always heard 15 or an hour

an hour is what works for me

and i wake up to my internal clock normally, like normally 2 min before my alarm goes off, or i sleep for exactly 8 hours, ie it's very possible for people do it

Yes I do, the "Mexican" ethnicity is part indigenous (one of the tribes: Aztec, Mixtec, Zapotec, etc.), part Spanish. Spaniards are European whiteys, so anyone who is Mexican, by definition, has white blood in them.
Interesting, I did not know that!

As for napping, like Connor, I do wake up feeling like cr@p almost every time! It mostly happens when I last longer than half an hour I think! I remember I took a nap at stabs tourny for no more than 20 minutes and I felt fine right after!

I find that if I set an alarm I will usually wake up naturally 10 minutes to an hour before it goes off, obviously depending on how much later it is set for

Yeah, but I hate waking up like cr@p! I once had the BEST sleep ever when I once woke up and felt like I can run around the block! My eyes just opened up and I felt great! I didn't have to stretch out of bed, I didn't have to squint my eyes, no morning breath, I wish I can remember what I did the night before!
