Ill use my common sense and house people according to country then crew/region based upon numbers and room sizes.
Im sure OCC will be in a four bed room or two twins beside one another

I got temporary access to internet so I registered me and IVP. I also tried to register C but paypal won't let me... I'll try again later.
edit: C also registered. Was going to do it for Rocky also but I see he's already on the list.
Don't remember if I said it before, but I'll just remind you anyway... I need a screen and kboard+mouse (at least one must be USB) to be able to record stuff.

Well I haven't really made my mind up about this just yet but im leaning towards leaving setups on in the gym hall 24/7. The gym hall is isolated from the lounge and bedrooms so it really isnt a problem if people want to smash all night. At other european tournaments it is as players sleep, eat and play in the setup space so it can get really ****ing annoying/dirty/humid etc.

Be straight up honest with you here (and this isnt a go at you but im drawing everyones attention to this now). With the venue being so large and there being separate bedrooms this tournament does run the risk of people pushing the boundaries more than they would at other tournaments. However, I aint ****ing daft. I know who is housed in what room. Ill also be doing routine patrols at night. My professional reputation aswell as the future ability to rent the venue is at stake. Dont ****ing smoke in the bedrooms. Ill boot you straight out. I have had to deal with some ****ed up **** at passed tournaments (comp) and i have zero tolerance. Im up for a smoke and a good drink (ask around) but know when to be considerate. You want to smoke go outside and wander away fromt he venue (plenty of space for this, venue is in a country park). You want to drink thats cool, ill share a beer, but be sensible. Anyone getting out of hand will be booted. Ive spent time in halls, i understand the temptation late at night to smoke outta windows. Dont do it, ill find out, and once again will boot you.
It isn't but understand there are rules that need to be followed aswell as general common sense. Thanks.

Also, bit of info for players that aint been to a 3 day euro event before. Generally, they are ran quite poorly and timings go **** up so that matches are played late at night. This is generally not helped by venues that are cramped and dont allow for a decent night sleep.
SNY will start each day at 10am. Ill be going around the venue at 8 letting people know the time (via whistle). Ill do the same at 8.30. Food will be served in the dinning room between 8.30 -9.30. You dont get there in that time you miss food. People to then be in the gym hall from 9.30 for instructions from myself on what tournament is being ran etc so that it starts at 10am.
Thats gives people enough time to ****, piss, eat, shower, wake up, do their hair and have a smoke. You arent in the gym hall from 9.30 onwards and miss your matches being called you forfeit. Dont care who u are, i aint joking.
So, to those that want to smash all night do so, but be aware that you got to follow the above. You may think its ****e starting so early. But it means the tourney should be over daily by 8-9 which means more time to socialise. Trust me, its crap having to play a singles bracket match at 11pm.
Lastly, if you have floor space, you are sleeping in bedrooms. NO WHERE ELSE.

ED: I believe he's saying that a laptop doesn't mean screen and keyboard and mouse and that someone will need to bring that for him.
!= means "not equal". What I'm saying is that a laptop won't give me a screen+kboard+mouse that I can connect to my computer (which is a "desktop" so it doesn't have these things built-in).

They might let you book a bit later if you tell the you're situation since you can just be put on the list of people coming....
But I would still suggest trying to get one of the dutch to pay for you just incase lol

Ivo - get one of the dutchies to pay for you? also, yes, it does mean that you need to bring your own sleeping equipment. Be it a inflatable bed or foam sleeping mat. Or, if you are tight on money, ebay a inflatable lilo (like youd use in a pool). Only £4 and they'll last the tournament and give you the extra bit of comfyness you need.
Lastly, one again, if you ahve floor space and are bringing an inflatable bed you must blow it up and use it in one of the bedrooms. The venue as ample space in the lounges/gym hall that people maybe tempted to use BUT YOU CAN NOT DO THIS FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS. YOU WILL BE WOKEN UP AND MOVED SO DONT DO IT.
Ill post at the end of this week the bed arrangements. Who is being housed in what bedroom and the space available on the floor of each room. Hopefully, me and George will get some video footage of the bedrooms so that people know which one they are in etc.

I've payed for Ivo. I'm still not sure what's up with Amsah, Faab, Zgetto and some other Dutchies though. The Dutch crew is not going to be very impressive this way.

So, who's still looking for a teammate? I'm a smash veteran, have been going to tournies 7+ years and used to be pretty good. I have only gone to like 2 smash tournies the last 2 years, so i might be a little off. I'm not looking for someone really crap, we should at least be aiming for top 10. Oh, and i main fox.
I'm also looking for people who want to play beermatches with me, loser pays the winner a beer. I accept matches in smash, bot also in other games like pool and darts, whatever
dutch crew sucks terribly, only when mind trick also decides to come with zgetto and faab it will be decent. But off course nothing close to the same crew with amsah, adam and remen who defo won't be here.

Just so that people know there is not a licensed bar in the venue, that doesnt happen very often in the UK. There is a pub nearby though (literally two minute walk). I do believe the venue has a pool room with three pool tables though.
You'll have to get a bus from the city centre to nearby the venue then walk (not far). Venue isnt in the city centre (no chance i couldve got something so big and cheap).

Thats really cool. Do you have internet banking? I know some people have just transferred fuzzy money that way as they have had problems with paypal. Will that help?
Also, I have used ferries a few times and I know that the cheapest way is crossing late at night or early morning. If it helps you could get a early morning monday crossing and get to mine for early monday and then rest monday. Just thought id offer if it helps. If you cross monday night its only 3 hours from Dover to Birmingham. You'll have to come to mine first as the venue wont be open till 9am.
Lastly, www.norfolkline.com maybe helpful. You can cross with them from dunkirk/dunkerque which is closer to Belgium than Calais therefore less of a drive for you.
