Just so everyone knows, Commentating and experiencing the brawl finals at this event, was probably the best thign ive ever experienced in this community, and it is why i am part of this community, why i worked my *** off for this event

I just want to thank everyone who helped, and congratulate the winners as well

I hope that we can make the 2010 circuit successful and to have many more events like this!



For the record, the finals were so intense that several of us lost our voice, im just getting mine back now, and the street fighters kids all came over to watch, and i saw a group of the like DID YOU SEE THATH!?!?!?

First of all, I'd like to say this has been my favorite tournament hands down so far. I met a lot of cool people, and I must say I've grown to love the smash community a lot. Seriously, you guys are awesome. 25th place going all yoshi? I'll take it.

Now, time for the shoutouts. Warning: This is going to be long:

1: ADHD (Diddy Kong) - Amazing job coming back after your close loss to Lain and beating the best players in brawl. You've now got a name for yourself beyond being the best Diddy. Thanks for the friendlies, you seem like a really cool guy.
2: Ally (Snake) - We never got to play, and this saddens me. Next time we must! Good job beating M2K in winner's finals!
3: Mew2King (Meta Knight) - Well I finally got to play a single game with you. You truly are a legend, and I'd like to see a lot more of you if at all possible. Don't worry, I have a feeling you'll get em next time.
4: Lain (Ice Climbers/Dedede) - GGs in doubles, and good job being the only one to beat ADHD in singles.
5: Atomsk (Dedede/Ice Climbers/Luigi) - It's a pity we didn't get to play, but it was very nice seeing you again. You're one of the funnest people to be around, and your Luigi is just too good. Overall, you never fail to impress. Next time we'll play.
5: Anther (Pikachu) - Plain and simple, you're amazing, both in and out of brawl. Our money matches were indeed legendary. Hopefully I'll see you around soon! Congrats on taking 5th!
7: PikaPika (Pikachu) - I honestly didn't expect you to place this high. You've certainly impressed me. Congrats! Be seeing you around, I'm sure.
7: Reflex (Pokemon Trainer) - I didn't get my rematch from CoT4... Next time though, I'm sure. Taking 7th with Pokemon Trainer is something else. Indeed you are a pokemon master. (lol)
9: Ksizzle (Meta Knight/Snake/Lucario) - I didn't actually get to exchange that many words with you (if any at all) but you seem like a really cool guy, and I'd like to play you one day.
9: Fatal (Snake) - Way to rep New England! Atomsk and ADHD are very legit losses, and you should be happy you took 9th. Just show em next time, you've been doing so well.
9: Shadow (Meta Knight) - You're one of the nicest and coolest people I've ever met, and our matches in pools were very close and amazing. I'm looking forward to the next time we meet.
9: Judge (Meta Knight) - I said good luck to you once but I'm not sure if you recognized me. Either way, good job taking 9th!
13: Snakeee (Zero Suit Samus) - GGs in doubles friendlies. We may not have talked much, but you seem like a pretty cool guy. Congrats on your high placing!
13: NinjaLink (ROB/Diddy Kong/Others?) - It was nice finally being able to meet you. Sucks we never got to play outside of doubles (which were indeed GGs), but congrats on your placing.

13: Drkpch (Peach) - Not gonna lie, I'm really disappointed with the way you acted during our friendlies. I never did anything wrong to you, but you sure acted like it...
17: Shugo (Sonic) - You're the best sonic I've ever played hands down, and most likely the best in brawl at this time. While my CP may have been dumb, you deserved the win anyways. GGs! Next time we meet I want a rematch, and this time I'll be more prepared!
17: Hunger (Wario?) - I didn't actually get to talk to you, but you're hilarious. I'd like to play you someday.
17: Inui (Meta Knight/Snake) - You seem like a really cool guy. Our ganon dittos were amazing, and your ganondorf is the best I've played by far. Next time, I expect more of them. (I really love ganon dittos lol) I'm sure I'll see more of you in the future.
17: Blackanese (Game and Watch?) - You're hilarious, as always. It was nice seeing you there.
25: PGN (G&W) - I didn't actually talk to you, but you seemed to do impressive in pools against Fatal. Good stuff, man.
25: Bizkit (Snake) - You tied me for taking the 2nd highest place from New England. It was nice seeing you around. Good stuff, man.
25: Greenace (Yoshi) - Hey I took 25th going all yoshi. Not bad. Not bad at all.
25: Orion (Meta Knight) - It was awesome teaming with you and housing you. You're hilarious, and overall a great guy. For our first time teaming, I'd say we did well in doubles, especially against KingAce and Minus. I have a feeling we'll be teaming again sometime in the future. Really, great stuff from you this weekend!
25: Blackwaltz (Olimar) - You're a very nice guy, and your olimar is just amazing. I'd love to see more of you around, man. I'm surprised I actually tied placings with you.
25: Roguepit (Pit) - It was great seeing you. GGs in both of our friendly sets (Drop MK man, your Pit is soooo much better). It figures we'd tie in placing in the end.
25: KingAce (Meta Knight) - Honestly, I'm very surprised we were able to beat you in doubles. But I could tell your MK is amazing, and I'd love to 1v1 it in the future. Good job coming back and placing higher than us in doubles. You must've wrecked losers bracket.
25: Minus (Falco) - See the above shoutout to KingAce. Your Falco looks legit, and I'd like to play it sometime in the future. GGs in our doubles set.
33: Pierce (Marth) - I wished I didn't screw up that first match so badly in tournament, but the second match and our friendly games afterwards were great. You're a very cool guy, and thanks for the advice and good feedback you gave me. I'll be happy to see more of you around.
33: OBM (Wario) - 33rd? Madness, I expected higher! ...but it was nice seeing you around nonetheless. You're always a cool guy who provides a good amount of laughs. Now when you read this please get on AIM so we can start updating the NEPR!

As always you're very funny, and I'll probably never stop looking up to you as that guy who demolished me at the first tournament I ever went to. Others:

Icylight- I'm very shocked you didn't make it from pools, but I'm sure you will next time. We all get back luck every now and then. But amazing job in doubles! We'll start teaming again in locals for sure!

Bloodcross- You got a death pool, and you still took a game off of Anther and did well. That's very respectable in my book. Don't worry about it, and just come back better next time!

Hinkage- You're really quiet irl. I hoped you'd get out of pools, but just use this as a reason to further improve yourself. I'm sure you'll make it out next time.

MDM/NEAce- It was nice seeing you around. Sucks you didn't make it out of pools, but it was really tough.

Almo- You have the potential to improve! Hopefully you learned a lot from SNES. It was nice seeing you around.

Peachkid- Great seeing you. Sucks you didn't make it out of pools, but sounds like you were getting some good recognition from some of the higher-up players. I'd call that a win in my book.

Tymer/Tempest/ChickenFajita- You guys are awesome and provide me with all the comedic relief at my tournaments. I can see you all improving in the future. Can't wait to see you all again.

Kiwi- Looks like you're earned yourself some popularity, and I'm proud of that. We'll have our yoshi dittos in the near future! I'll be seeing you soon, I'm sure.

Captain Awesum- Well we finally got our friendly matches in. GGs, your snake's pretty good. Sucks you didn't get out of pools, but I guess you can call the 2-1 against NL in pools victory enough, eh?

OWM- You seem like a pretty good guy, and you've got a solid ROB. I'd hope to see more of you at MA tournies in the future.

Solid Jake and the rest of the Mages- Amazing job running this tournament. Sure, there was a setback with damage at the hotel, but everything still ran smoothly. This has been my favorite tournament to date, and I have you all to thank for it. Major props, guys.

KID- I can't believe you didn't make it out of pools! I know you can do much better! But it was nice seeing you around! I apologized if I seemed a little irritable on friday...

Turtle/Joebot- You two definitely have the ability to make it out of pools! D: Either way, it was nice seeing you both around again! Next time I've no doubt you'll succeed.

Darc- You didn't enter brawl and that made me sad. Happy birthday in advance.

Emmy- GGs, it seems like you're getting better!

Sorry if I missed anyone. Loved the venue, the players, and the intensity of the tournament itself. It was a great experience overall, and I feel sorry for those who missed it. Hope to see you all again soon!

Trees- Hey bro, I'm really sad I didn't get to meet you sooner, you taught me the falcon matchup, and both your advice and commentary is amazing. I'll come find you just to see you and Elen again, our games were so fun. Your DK is amazing. I'll be sure to practice making pound cake for you.
D1- We played on the first day and never again Really good matches, I remember I couldn't touch your fox lol. Rice Krispies are great!
Elen- Your tips are all protips. But I will always refuse to follow them. Pound and Rollout forever! My shoutout to Trees is also partly to you, so just look up.
Sastopher- Good tournament matches. Definitely the most challenging Peach I've played, and it was too bad I couldn't squeeze more matches out of you, I love that matchup haha.
Kwan- There's so much to say about the friendlies and everything, but I'll just say that last game of our tourney set will be forever engraved in my memory as the MOST INTENSE MATCH EVER. After the game I wasn't sure whether I wanted to laugh or cry lol...
Banks- You're so famous. I want to be that famous.
WeaponX- I want to thank you for ALL the things you have done for Alex and I. I never really got around to telling you how lucky we are for all the Tuesdays and tournaments (and you might not even read this). If not for you, I wouldn't be playing any game competitively. Kyu Puff- Heh finally after so long I'm playing and talking to ya again! Good job in tournament, fun friendlies, I'm kinda glad we had our parting, now we're back being friends lol.

I left my wiimote at the event, who would I contact to go about getting it back, if it werent for the fact that i need it to actually start up my wii, I wouldnt care. but I do so I kinda need it back...

You should look into BootMii. It overrides the normal booting processes that the Wii goes through and allows you to go straight into the Homebrew Channel with your Gamecube controller. Haven't touched my Wii remote in months because of it.

So Just SD again and let you have it and left. I did not think a person you play like that in a friendlie. That annoyed me more.

Then again every Yoshi I play camps so I should have know. Just know I was not in the mood and ticked.

The only times you SD'd were on your last stock when I had a significant lead. Don't act like you were giving me those wins. The only times you SD'd were on your last stock when I had a significant lead. Don't act like you were giving me those wins. The second game I was more focused and all your sighing and moaning to actually take this match seriously. And what's a Yoshi without a camp game, seriously? Calling it "gay" is so wrong lol...

the only big lead you had was on meta. Not Peach. And if you wanna throw johns over a friendlie about you not playing seriously. I'll throw some too. Game 1 and 3 I was not. I not play you close how I usually play in tourny.

Reason I was able to play Buuman was cause I spoke to someone after I left and I felt better.

If I know you was gonna play like that I seriously would have not done it and played you when I was in a better mood. I played a yoshi at the tourny in friendlies who just camped and all. but I dealt with it.

You should look into BootMii. It overrides the normal booting processes that the Wii goes through and allows you to go straight into the Homebrew Channel with your Gamecube controller. Haven't touched my Wii remote in months because of it.

Then when we played I did not think you just egg toss the whole time. The first game that just annoyed me, so I SD and let you win that. The second game I was just angry so decided to just rush you to stop that and I won. Third game I was still stick so went meta and just wanted to play as gay as you. But had no patients. So Just SD again and let you have it and left. I did not think a person you play like that in a friendlie. That annoyed me more.
