Oh nobody used it I just did it wrong. I just activated mine. How do I find out what the other keys are? Contact me on my aim if you wanna make this faster

You just go to the website I posted and then go to "My account" on the top right. Click on games in the middle of the screen, and then under smite(where you activated your beta key unless you did it in game) it should say "My referral keys". It takes around 30 minutes for them to show up usually. Just post both of them here.


For other people asking for PM's I'm just going to post all the keys from now on in this thread.

I got mine last night about four hours after signing up, and I haven't played a game yet. Your level probably has nothing to do with it. You should get your keys soon, hopefully.

MY reVIEW OF SMITe AFTER ONLY 1 GAME

smite, despite being made (or published?) by same people who made Pay to Win Tribes: Ascend, seems like a pretty cool game

Although It feels like a simple 3rd person Dota-style game, for a game in Closed Beta it's pretty cool.

Why they are *******s and dumb for making EVERY SINGLE CHAMP 5500 favor or w/e:

League of legends, using a similar currency started off by making champs 450 ~3150 ip before progressively only releasing 6300 IP champions. Even nowadays when every new champ is 6300 a lot of the cheaper champs, even 450 IP ones are viable or even top tier. At the very least, even if a 6300 IP champs are strong/ or a great CHAR in a patch you still had decent 2nd options through cheaper champs

But this game they really make you have to either play a **** load even just to unlock a few champs you are interested in because everything costs 5500 favor. A greedy business model that makes me think of Tribes: Ascend except whereas Tribes Ascend you literally have to play about 60-80+ hours to unlock just 1 of the classes/ weapons OR PAY MONEY, you instead of having to play probably 20-30 (?) games to unlock a character give or take. Probably roughly the same amount of games as League of Legends except not every single champion/god w/e costs the max amount in league.

I am NOT sure if they rotate free champs or give you a set champs that are free to everybody no matter what. I see problems with both possibilities thOUGH.

Luckily some of the beginning champs they offer are fun or seem cool. I played Wukong and he was very fun to play. His jump-in makes for some sick ganks/ getaways. Its cool that most, if not all of the game is skillshots (although some aren't really skillful) instead of autolock ****

NOT bad at ALL for a closed beta, but I don't see myself spending money on this game even for skins but it's a fun game worth trying out if you want a good, unique-perspective through 3rd person MOBA-style game

I feel as though they can get away with the pricing currently as there are way less gods than champs in League. Though if it gets popular/sticks around, it'll be really lame. The free 1000 favor with level up is nice to get started on buying gods, which means every 5 levels you pretty much get a free god. Which means 6 gods, I guess. And if you really do feel like paying, 400 gems (lowest payment) is 2 of ANY gods.

I don't think most of the smashers know what they're doing when it comes down to the meta, so I don't think you'll be pissing anyone off lol.

Imo jungle control will be huge in this game, moreso than in League or Dota 2. It's just too beneficial not to be, especially when you can actually sneak up on people if they're unaware/not looking at minimap.

the jungles pretty intereting, it's big, the buffs are really strong and not that hard to kill (baron and dragon on the other hand are ****in buff) once you get ahead as a melee hero i like to clear our entire jungle and then gank lanes with 5 buffs.

heros costing 5500 ip is definitely some beta-****, you get like 100 ip per game besides level ups, there's no way they're gonna keep all the heros that expensive


but ya the games super fun, the design of the gods is actually not bad, i expected it to be some uninspired league copy+paste, but they managed to make a lot of the gods pretty cool

fast paced 3rd person action like this is a blast, its the reason WoW PVP was at all sucessful, and smite is just a better version of that in every way


btw i bought sobek (renekton) as my first hero he's tight as hell LOL

Hating to lose because of others, maybe. I mean, I don't think anyone enjoys losing unless they have a masochistic streak, but losing in general is just a competitive person. I guess the moba genre is just competitive in general because of the eSports scene afflicting it.

I just had an intense game as Wu where we were losing the whole time then we engage in a teamfight at like 35 mins in. I come in late from death and drop my ult to basically win my team the fight+ the game. After taht we pushed to win. Very intense, really liking smite so far.

Also really early ganks work well specially on mid lane b/c people apparently dont know how to look behind them.
