I won't be there today... thanks for the invite, though! I really wanted to go and I'm very disappointed, but next time I'll plan in advance so I can get cheaper bus tickets ($1 each way FTW), and I'll be able to go to Bum's the day before (assuming it's still a Sunday).

Smashfest was awesome. Indeed the practice I got from playing there was worth so much. I definitely unrusted from all that play. Good stuff hosting, Ryko. Wanted to play your Ike, but *ahem* SOMEONE had to sell out, haha.

Great meeting all the players there, and the experience I got from the wide roster of characters was priceless. Hope to see (and smash) you all again soon.

Ah, and now I know how **** fun doubles could be!

lemme jus say that everyone i met here was maaaaad cool. rookie came thru with the sick space animals that i'd never seen before. pierce dropped the marth with the sick spacing on me. glick came thru and put it down for puff. ninjalink's pokemon trainer blew my mind. godot actually played mk instead of somethin ********. liquid with the tough falco. ron came thru which is whats good even tho we didnt get to actually play any friendlies. BSC played a mean penguin. Munks penguin was lookin tight but i never played it. Penumbra i think it was workin out that sprite/jamaican wolf and angel of death pit.Ryko for even lettin us come thru and then ryko for jus being a beast wit ike. Sinstros for stoppin by but i never get to see this guy play.and everyone i missed was equally sickening. gooooooood times @ rykos....

Oh and shouts to rookie godot and sinstros for a hilarious train ride.

Ty to everyone who showed, made the day pretty beast, next time I might cut the attendance just by a head or 2 to make it easier for everyone to get games in. Shoutout to the entire crew for all showing up from jersey and playing hard. Shoutouts to TS for showing too, as well as the other guests (godot for ****** hard in teams too). I'd go down the full list but I gotta head somewhere, i'll do names later.

Oh and NL teaching on how to **** godly characters was some beast ****.

6 random dogs running around in my backyard @ 5am - it was a 6 on 1 but I camped the side of a car until 5 of you SDed. When it was down to the last dog, I got a 10% damage lead via a kick to the nose and ran the clock out. Good match. Don't think i'll be doing it again anytime soon though (hopefully)

Base - don't think so much during matches. It was cool playing you again (think we played before at alex strife's last tourney in teams)

Ninjalink - we were in two different rooms for most of my time there. I'm just glad I got in there just in time to see that stupid diddy up+b outta shield

Again, great smashfest. Kinda felt a little crowded at times, but awesome nonetheless. The doubles session we had was really fun. Thumbs up for G&W and Luigi... G&W with Lucario, however, = massive fail, haha.

Liqui: Awesome 1 v 1 sets. I learned a whole lot about Falco thanks to those matches (ex: Falco's f-smash = "wtf?" range)
