This can be one that was already allowed/represented in the previous seasons - so DK, which was mostly banned from the previous Mario seasons, would be allowed, as would Yoshi, which was 100% allowed. Ok so, this was an idea in my head since Wa3 posted the hint to this job on his profile. The connection here is these are all PBS Kids characters and somewhat PBS Kids mascots (Dash is one but Arthur and Mr. Rogers almost fall into that). In fact, Arthur and Mr. Rogers have crossed over before once. I know the Mr. Rogers is deceased but he has been animated on shows past his death like Xavier Riddle and The Secret Museum and such. Plus, this is a cross promotion for the currently dusty PBS Kids: Brawltime! thread.

If anything, we need more preschool/educational IPs in this game. Plus, we can expand these franchises later down the line hopefully (Arthur can use an expansion for sure, same with Mr. Rogers and the PBS Kids IDs). Or hopefully, a PBS Kids crossover season.
