Ok, this is actually a good choice to represent indie games as well as for the memes (The Sans car). Imagine this crossover being revealed at some game event and all the streamers reacting to it going "OMG?!?! SANSSSSS??? AHHHHHHH!" Anyway, for my characters.

Mettaton (although we have Mettaton EX, I thought I would submit regular Mettaton due to it being a reference to the Moon Robot from Wallace and Gromit)

Chara (the fallen human, plus some LGBTQ+ representation in Drifting Dimensions)

The Annoying Dog (out of left field character, plus represents Toby Fox himself. Doge car.)

Undertale Tracks:

Megalovania

You guessed it, it's a track based off of the iconic Sans boss fight. It's simply a track inside a square with Sans's bones attacking you. It's kind of a smaller track (think Baby Park).

Snowdin

The beautiful snow village from Undertale. You will pass by locations such as Sans and Papyrus's house, Grillby's, etc. A simple winter-themed track.

Music: Snowdin Town (but with a remix to fit Drifting Dimensions)

The CORE is the peniultimate area in Undertale, and would be a fun and unique stage aesthetically.

Track 2: Queen's Mansion (Pandora Palace - Deltarune: Chapter Two)

Truth be told, I'd love this track for the music alone - Pandora Palace just might be my favorite track from Chapter Two. Other than that, though, I feel it could be a fun track with a lot of layout potential - Imagine the table room having the tables shift around like in GCN Daisy Cruiser!
