The South Park reference is the only Hello Kitty thing im familiar with, didnt even realize till now island adventure was a real game.

EDIT - I was fooled not a real game, just fake boxart that went around, although Hello Kitty did apparently reference it as an april fools joke about a future update for the Hello Kitty Online game.
