Skullgirls is one of the most popular fighting game series despite being an indie game and it has tons of personality filled characters who could be great. We may need to stretch just a little bit to find vehicles but there’s definitely some potential, unconventional vehicles are like the bread and butter of drifting dimensions as of now.

Pizza Tower is a Wario Land-esque platformer video game and it's about Peppino, an anxious cook who wants to go to the "Pizza Tower" in order to get the toppings before Pizzaface will destroy his pizzeria. In this game, you take control of Peppino and you have to beat the levels and bosses that are found inside the tower and you even have to escape the tower before it collapses into pieces.
Pizza Tower is considered as one of the greatest indie games of all time due to it's 90's-esque style, gameplay and even cartoon-like story. Heck, it even got 10/10 rating on Steam.

Shovel Knight is one of the biggest indie franchises out there not owned by a larger company these days. Heck, Shovel Knight is quite well-known for being a crossover enthusiast making appearances in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Fall Guys, Rivals of Aether, etc. Now, let’s see him in a new genre of games being kart racing. Not sure how karts would work but racers, tracks and maybe wheels could be plentiful for sure.

Sussamonga! A variety of hats; memes; and death animations would take up the racer slots, each with their own animations. We'll probably not have a traditional skin job for this franchise, instead just voting on which racers get which colours as their skins

Okay, I'm still gonna have Pizza Tower as my #1, but I think I might as well do something for this job.

That being said, this is a rather dark and gloomy character, so you may want to create a track with a similar tone, but the setting can't directly reference or take cues from specific locations in their source material.

Mode: Poltergeist Panic
Racers play "Hide and Seek", the time is set, and three ghosts will appear on the stage, trying to possess racers.
Racers must avoid the ghosts and other possessed racers, or they will pass the ghost onto them.
Every player starts with 100 points, and their points will start decreasing after being tagged by a ghost (1 point per second).
If a possessed racer manages to pass the ghost onto another driver, their points counter will start to slowly recover (1 point per 2 seconds), however, only 10 points can be recovered.

Having the points reduced to 0 will disqualify a racer.
Being hit by items causes the racer to lose some points and to be more predisposed to be captured.

MvAI (Multiversal Analysis Institute of Universe #GN593)

A laboratory in space that analyses the multiverse, currently in process of trying to revive a dead universe and its inhabitants, using uninhabited miniverses as well as the energy from the racers' vehicles as fuel. The lab has been situated in space for so long that it's slowly turning into a planet (with a few whiteboards mentioning the lore as environmental storytelling for superfans), with its own unique fauna and metalic rain, - Earth is it's sun, thus giving it a slight aquatic dark blue hue.

An accursed cemetery which is home to the final resting place of those before you who were foolish enough to take on Brmmwasher. Their zombified forms rise up from the ground on certain parts of the track, kinda like the Monty Moles in Moo Moo Meadows. I just like the spooky vibe this place could give off.

For the sake of transparency, I do admit that I accidentally saw who the racer is when I was looking up Brmmwasher's name, heh. I didn't let that influence the track, since I had thought of it before I saw it (although that just makes it a little more morbid)

(This track was inspired by Sugar Rush from Wreck It Ralph and other franchises with a candy world as Adventure Time,Sonic Colors and Candy Land)

Loosely based of off Jules Vern's Journey to the Center of the Earth and hidden underground worlds in general. If the character is who I think it is then they are connected to underground caves, but I think this is different enough, players drive through underground caverns, through a forest, a waterfall, past some mole people, and even a dinosaur. The light from the above shines through some cracks.

All Bets Are Off! (Admission to Perdition)

While it's really the name of the level that Phear Lap's fight is a part of, I think the name works just as well for his location specifically. You race everyone else, alongside skeletal horses that play dirty, while Phear Lap commentates through a series of ghoulish neighs as he flies ahead of the competition. Phear Lap also places a bet on whoever takes Lap 1, and will cheer/boo for them according to how they're doing. If they lose the race, he explodes, and if they win, he'll shower them and himself in dollar bills.

Funhouse Frazzle (Funhouse Frazzle)

As one would expect, lots of mind-boggling optical illusions and disorienting gravity shifts in this track.
