Based on the final level of Cuphead, you will be making a deal with the devil! You will drive past King Dice and his minions as well as deal with the Devil as a hazard! You'll pass by casino games as well but be sure to roll the dice carefully or else, disaster will ensue!

While it's really the name of the level that Phear Lap's fight is a part of, I think the name works just as well for his location specifically. You race everyone else, alongside skeletal horses that play dirty, while Phear Lap commentates through a series of ghoulish neighs as he flies ahead of the competition. Phear Lap also places a bet on whoever takes Lap 1, and will cheer/boo for them according to how they're doing. If they lose the race, he explodes, and if they win, he'll shower them and himself in dollar bills.
