I haven’t bothered using my mains () or my subs () to fight a lvl 9...only my former main/current funnies ...twas hell...though of course something about him isn’t the same anymore

I hate how inconsistent my skill level is. Yesterday I had an easy time boosting my score to get into Elite Smash. Then once I got in I was having a great time with it, it felt like it was just the right difficulty. Today I went on this massive losing streak, dropped out of Elite Smash, then lost about 300,000 points trying to get back in.

I think I have this huge weakness to getting tilted I need to get over. I just want to have fun playing but I always get super hung up on this game's scoring system no matter how hard I try to ignore it. I wish this game's score system was more like Pokken where it's actually fairly difficult to get bumped out of your current ranking.

Smash doesn’t believe in any sort of fairness online wise

Fighting(and in smashes case figjtung party) games shoyld never have a scoring system, they just bring drama. For BB its the ****ing colored Squares. all because I see a pink square, i get to scared to fight thr person and I avoid them even tho the squares mean diddly ****

Unrelated, but has anyone noticed that Meta Knight still has a Spanish accent is Smash? You can barely tell, but its there.

I mean, having a scoring system does motivate me to improve, which I do like about it. I just have some gripes with how Smash's is handled.

That said, it probably shouldn't be mandatory. From my understanding a lot of fighting games give you the option to play unranked online as well.

yeah, there is ranked and unranked and that is how it should be, really. thank god BB:CTB doesnt lock me out of stuff for being a blue square
