Echoes are a very weird thing to me. Ken for example shares a gimmick and specials with Ryu but otherwise a good chunk of his attacks seem completely different. Chrom having Roy's whole set with a changed out special. Dark Samus on the other hand is a full clone in moveset but has different animations and movement.

It's also possible that they sometimes just add free stages at random like they did in Smash 4 with Mario Maker and Pirate Ship. If not stages though, it could very well just be Spirits.

That is true. They may have free updates with new spirits and possibly a new stage, though I'm not counting on it.

Characters can have different Walking, Running, Falling and Air Speeds.

As an example: in Smash 4, Jigglypuff had the slowest Walk Speed, but the slowest runners were Robin and the heaviest class of Mii Gunner (Jigglypuff was still slow though), Ganondorf was only slightly faster than Jigglypuff.

Alright, yeah so its what I thought. If anybody said 'Incineroar was said to be the Slowest' , they may be confusing 'walking speed' for just Speed in general because I dont think we've seen enough Incineroar play to make that judgement yet.

On another note, the dankest of plants, Piranha Plant, seems to be fairly quick and the reach for....whatever those stretch moves are (Side special? Side Smash?) are ridiculous. Plus his Recovery looked really good too; he seemed to be coptering around fairly far.

They got carried away with making Ken Ken. And I love it. But they still could've at least given Dark Samus one move from her assist if they were gonna do this.

Yeah, Ken seems more like a semi-clone than an echo based on his moves, but he's apparently an echo, so who are we to argue with the facts? lol

An important thing about the Granblue character. Depending on how long Dragalia was being planned, their talks with Cygames could have overlapped with the Smash DLC planning, so their could have been discussion about Smash and putting in a Granblue character. Now if that happened and if it amounted to anything will likely never be revealed (unless we get the character), but I would say the opportunity is there.

Again though, pure speculation.

Honestly I was thinking of KH when I saw those in the background. Guess I wasn't the only one. Reminds me of Luxord

He had gambling as a theme for his attacks, which would sometimes include dice. The symbol people think they are seeing on the dice blocks are also the symbol of the nobodies, which is a group Luxord is a part of.

Have no idea if this pans out to mean anything or if it's just more internet detective nonsense but thought it would be nice to give a little more insight on that. lol

Three Prominent ones:
