Why must ice levels exist?

Why are ice levels usually harder than fire/lava levels, but most of the times lava levels are used as final levels and ice levels are just randomly placed in the middle of the game instead?

Lava levels give off a more threatening look and vibe...

But in reality, most of the time, the Ice levels are far more challenging. Especially in platformers.

Ice levels are actually my favorite level archetype. They often have some of the best visuals and atmosphere.

Best music too.

As indifferent as I am to the Ice Climbers, I'm glad they're bringing back Summit, it's an all time favorite Smash stage of mine.

It's why I like it a hell of a lot more than box/blog/music/flavour of the week theory.

If it leads to nothing we'll know real soon, and it's not promising anything huge upfront, just that something could happen.

Here is my possible prediction for some (not all) of the final characters:
I am pretty sure we are going to have Dixie revealed in the next direct because I think I know this pattern going where when a new Metroid unique () was revealed @ E3, we later got an echo from Metroid (). So with our DK unique () being revealed last direct, I think we'll have Dixie revealed in the next one as our DK echo.

Speaking of that pattern, since we a Mario echo () and a Fire Emblem echo (), maybe that pattern could also happen "in reverse"? What I am trying to say is that we might get another unique from both those series.

Being a supporter of this leak (mainly because it has almost everything right as of now & it was arguably the first leak to call (granted she was an obvious choice post-e3 with her at missing, but this leak did not say " echo" like the majority of us were predicting)), I can totally see Geno and Celica making it in as our new reps from Mario and Fire Emblem respectfully

We've had Nihilist Theory, Meta Theory, Sakurai Theory, Theory Theory so we've already gone like 50 levels of meta when it comes to the motif. It's what we do when we have zero information to go on (as opposed to an actual scientific theory where... evidence is key to its formulation). I expect 50 more different theories before December 7th (and multiple still concerning quirks of the game and DLC afterwards). We've already shown there's no end to the rabbit hole.

I was invited to a club where this up and coming new singer by the name of "Lady Gaga" (Before her first released album) was going to be playing. We were at the club hours with her being a no show. The place was horribly crowded, in fact there were so many people there that when 2 of my friends went outside to smoke they were completely unable to get back in the rest of the night. I was literally pinned up against the stage from people. The drink I ordered was 4 horseman and it was absolutely horrible. I have never had a drink that was somehow made that bad before. IDK what they did to it. But I was unable to get back to the bar to order again. Eventually "Lady Gaga" came in, started singing and threw up on stage from being drunk and was rushed away in an ambulance.

I know it's not the drink's fault, but I've been turned off it ever since.

1. The rhythm games are ridiculously fun, especially the posing one when it goes on fast mode.
2. I am inordinately hyped for Daisy in Smash.

Incineroar's ultimate attack, summons a boxing ring to trap the fighters and then body slams them all while it's body is engulfed in dark flame.

The last and strongest move Geno learns, Geno turns himself into a cannon and fires a huge blast in the shape of the sun with a cute little face.
