Has this leak been confirmed or debunked at this point in time? Cause I'd love it, if it really signifies Phoenix Wright being added to Smash!

Not a fan of Pokemon here, but do you think Gardevoir could be a good addition for the game ? Also some people believe that this pokemon can be a good MewTwo Echo fighter.

Gardevoir can't work as a Mewtwo Echo for reasons people have stated. But, she is currently missing from the roster of Poke Ball Pokemon.

Ear seems normal to me, probably the way he's moving. The ear bending that way makes sense with the direction Pichu would be moving in during the taunt.

Yeah, but that's what makes it a bad idea for a character. Because the "entire idea" is to have a transformational character. Which are bad.

Just because it's the point of the character, doesn't automatically make that a GOOD point that should have had a character built around it. Having a bad gameplay concept be the "entire idea" of a character, makes that a bad character.

Hard for me to describe but I'll try. I think it's bending inward to the right to give it a sail boat sail kind of look. Again, sorry if that doesn't make any sense.

I don't think she banned yet, plus no matter how annoying a character can be, I wouldn't want her or any other character banned, cause your also hurting the people who genuinely likes the character too.

All I'm going to say on the Ken leak is that it looks pretty damn convincing.
If this is an elaborate fake, the dude actually did his research while making it, unlike a lot of other people, and put together something that looks practically real.

And if it is real, well there's definitely a storm coming, that's for sure.

It's not like this leak was a surprise to anyone here. We've all been guessing Ken for the past few weeks.

I'm just sitting here, waiting for a credible leak with Incineroar. Not Geno though, I want him to be a surprise.

Some 4Chan person brought up a good point about Steve's inclusion; the first Nintendo console Minecraft release was in December 2015 for the Wii U, funnily enough the same month as the initial roster finalisation. So if Steve's in, this would mean they were on board with putting him in as soon as he came to Nintendo, assuming he was decided on that early.

"We love your game, can you talk to Mr. Sakurai about putting it in the next Smash Brothers game? We'll help put Minecraft on the Wii U!"

That's exactly what Verge did when bringing up Ken (i.e., "Trash it..."). It was weird and unprofessional enough for Verge to do. Now, Fake leakers are copying style, not just characters?

Well, I myself, am not even sure it would, but if the leak is true, and that's the same anon, i just take whatever hope I can get that makes enough logical sense. Thankfully the wait for tomorrow isn't that aggravating, so I guess we'd know soon enough if this particular leaker is trolling or not.

Someone on 4chan posted this. Those slabs of metal do, in fact, not cast a shadow for some reason. At least in the E3 build. Hence why some of Pac's shadow is missing.
I'm leaning towards this being legit.

Really think this leak is fake, Pichu's model looks off. His eyes look too small on his face.

Gonna be paying attention to the glowing Triforce for a while. It's just neat to look at. I need to see if Link ever uses his (probably not).

I mean, he did back in Brawl and 4. Toon Link still does in Ultimate.

The Triforce of Courage didn't really factor into BotW, so it's likely that he won't have it.

Cuz looking at Pokken as a template he's kinda (Cuz humanoid bird does humanoid bird stuff) with a hint of arrow stuff.

An actual moveset based around being a sniper. Spirit Shackle would be its main tool, keeping foes struck by it in place to allow Decidueye to get to a more favorable position to shoot again. Its kit would be that of a calculated sniper with a litany of projectiles, with plant-based, ghostly, and birdlike moves to fill in the gaps. I've posted my own moveset for him in the past.

And Pokken's version of him wouldn't necessarily be what Sakurai would've gone with anyway. Not like Pikachu, Lucario, Mewtwo, and Charizard are much like their Smash counterparts.

I wonder how he’ll be different.

I hope his fireballs are faster but with shorter range just like in his vs series incarnations. He could have the one handed diagonal hadouken like in mvc, you can do some short hop fireball shenanigans.

his true shoryu’s could be sick. like his weak true shoryuken could have heavy stun and low knockback so you can combo into other moves like in his street fighter incarnations.

Tatsu should be a rising multi hit with true input and have the spike like in MvC

True hadouken should be two hit like ex with low angle knock back.

True aerial tatsu could have diving properties like in SFV or in SFII with the move dragging you downward. And since you can do jump in aerial > tatsu in Ultimate and Street Fighter II (Alpha?) it’s true to source material.

I want to see Shippu Jurai Kyaku and Shinryuken in there somewhere.

I love Ken.

Oh yeah, another thing I'm missing among the Pokemon in Smash is status moves. Non-damaging support moves are a large part of the gameplay in Pokemon games, yet they're nearly absent in all of the movesets we have. Instead it's just attack after attack. They even took some status moves and turned them into attacks (Withdraw, Rest, Double Team, Substitute). The only properly represented status moves are Sing, Disable, Agility, and Teleport.

More than half. Squirtle, Ivysaur, Charizard, Greninja, Incineroar and Pikachu.

At least Pikachu started as a common Pokemon, and continued to be one after Yellow.

I'm talking about the anon saying "Ignore any that don’t feature Phoenix Wright," which strikingly resembles "Trash it. It's missing Ken." It's weird enough for Verge to leak something like that out of nowhere, and that's what it reminded me of. Let alone they both involve Ken.
