Anyway, if any of you could have one non-video game character of your choice as playable in Ultimate, which one would you choose? Would you choose any?

It'd be close choice between Naruto and Luffy, but I'd most likely pick Luffy.

That's already a thing. We call it "Stamina Mode".

It'd be great if they made Stamina Mode as crazy as they made stock mode. In stocks, you can have 99 lives, so why not 999 hit points for Stamina Mode?

Just turned 24 the other week, but I've lurked Smashboards since the Pre-Brawl days. Even if I didn't know what half the people here we're talking about a lot of the time. :V

I didn't lurk but man me and my friend from Middle School went crazy speculating the Brawl Roster. He would print out fake rosters from Google Images and we would have serious discussions on whether it was real or not.

I was always #TeamFake and he was always the guy who was "yeah but maybe there's a possibility".

We were mad hyped for Sonic's reveal. That's literally the only thing we talked about at school that day.

Because they gave him huge anime eyes in the trailer except he is a 3D model, so now those large anime eyes look even bigger to the point of being cartoony

I'm fifteen, turning sixteen in a few weeks. Joined recently. Have been into SSB since the hype season of 3DS and Wii U as an eleven year-old, though was hesitant to join Smashboards and still was up until about a month ago since I had thought myself as being bad with forums. And... well, now I'm hooked, despite not expecting to do anything but lurk.

For the sake of attempting to fix my thread derailment, what are peoples legitimate thoughts kn what new co ers are going to be in the base game? Individually, who do you think is in for base roster, with the EXACT number of newcomers? I personally have Idea, but I'm guessing 4 echos and 1 uniuque

3-4 unique, 4-5 echo's.

Gonna go out on a limb and say those characters are Isaac, Skull Kid, Incineroar, and Geno. Echo's I believe will be Isabelle, Shadow, Ken, Dixie, and Felix.

Maybe if I'm lucky tho Samurai will come true for my boy.

If Nintendo were to release a Season Pass with every DLC character to be released during the 1st year of the game's release, would you purchase it?

Absolutely. BotW and Xenoblade 2 (Torna is basically a full game) had amazing season passes, I have faith they'd make it more than worth the price.

I remember when the Smash 3DS demo came out, I did get the codes, the problem was that I was out on a family vacation and the hotel's internet wasn't friendly to my 3DS, AND I had to dig through an email I didn't even use anymore(**** hotmail) to get the code. Somehow was able to download it, they should bring it back.

I'm not a boomer, but something people seem to have a hard time believing is that my first smash bros was actually 64. My mom got a gamecube, but didn't get Melee until I was old enough to see it in the store and ask for it. I remember being very excited for Brawl on release day too.
I was way too young to have a main though, I just remember my brother and I called Ness Floaty Mario because we had no idea who he was
