Do you think we'll ever grow out of Smash?
Just at one point we hit like 50 or something and we go "yeah this isnt for me anymore" and we all become Boomers and wrap around nostalgia.

If I haven't grown out of Super Mario Bros.(which I played when I was 3), I won't grow out of Smash. I never grew out of Pokemon, My Little Pony, etc. I simply just enjoy the series, though some not as much as I used to. I remembered Shaq Fu way more fondly than when I bought the game and played it. I mean, I still had fun, but... yeahhhhhhh.

UGHHHH... this thread keeps reminding me than owning and playing smash 64 when it came out makes you a mummy DX

Why not more types of the miis in the game, like:

1. Mii mage
2. Mii ninja
3. Mii tank
4. Mii robot
5. Mii psychic
6. Mii paladin

it would be very cool

Personally i would prefer if they just add Mii-Mage and add more custom moves and custom smashes, tilits and aerials and let you create your own "mii-Ninja" and forget that you need to balance this stuff and keep it slightly broken but for fun. (although mii paladin with a shield sounds fun)

I do think we will all grow out of smash to a degree (at least become not as interested). I use to play video games a LOT when I was younger and rarely played them now. Times goes by and you find out something doesn't hold your interest as it use too. Smash is prolly the only game I'm invested in and even then; I stopped playing Smash4 for over a year due to eventual disinterest. I think hobbies comes and goes over time.

A lot of people here are talking about their age when Sakurai is actually 48 YEARS OLD and will be near his 50’s during this game’s 20th anniversary and he will probably still invest into Smash (at least with DLC). If he can be that old and still be interested in CREATING the damn game, than I’m sure a lot of people will still at least be interested in Smash by around that age.

Well unless your Shizuka who’s “apparently” older than the creater himself and has past that boundary.

I'd be down for Veronica making it in as a fighter; villain, female, no sword - it'd be the one character that (probably) wouldn't cause that much of an uproar compared to everyone else. Plus, she has her own Heroes to use, so there's definitely moveset potential.

I had my first drink at 18. It was peach vodka I think. It wasn't very good.

My second drink was goldschlager - which is something I actually like.
