Venue fee: $11 (The extra $1 goes towards IMPULSE)
Brawl Singles: $10
Brawl Doubles: $20 ($10 per person)

1st Place: 50%
2nd Place: 25%
3rd Place: 15%
4th Place: 5%
5th Place: 2.5% (x2)

Super Smash Bros Brawl Doubles

1st place: 60%
2nd place: 30%
3rd place: 10%

Salt in the eyes Singles

1st place: 60%
2nd place: 30%
3rd place: 10%

10 am - 11 pm

10 am: Doors open
10:30 am: Registration begins
11:30 am: Registration closes
12:00 pm: Brawl Doubles
1:00 pm: Brawl Singles Pools

Food:

A&C sells water, Coke, Nestea, and Canada Dry for $1

There is a Pizza Pizza nearby, north of the venue at the main intersection. There's a Lick's not even a minute's walk north of the venue, and if you walk south to Harbord st. there's a couple of independent pizza places (Cora and Papa Ceo) and a B.B. Ques. The intersection with Pizza Pizza also has a tim horton's and a second cup.

Directions:

The venue is just 1 stop south of Spadina subway station. Refer to the map below to find the quickest route for you. Keep in mind this is at A&C World and NOT A&C Games. They are 2 doors apart.

Rules

The Unity Ruleset - v2.1

Salt in the eyes

The rules are the same as Brawl Singles, except each player is allowed 1 coach and the players must be blindfolded for the duration of the entire set.

General Rules:

No illegal substances, no alcohol, no green.
Don't smell, please shower
Tournament matches have priority over friendlies. MMs have priority over friendlies
Keep trash talking casual, no need for us to witness someone getting a punch in the face

I don't think we should be allowed to ban the starters and change their rule set.
I'd prefer to follow the rule set for them.

If you'd like to further discuss this, I'm open to hearing you out via facebook/smashboards pm. I'd rather do it there cause I have a feeling that not everyone cares about the topic, so it's easier this way.

I'm going. Ill bring a hacked wii and brawl/melee (if needed) and I'll be repping Kirby in brawl and melee........... well possibly not repping Kirby in melee but I will join both tournaments regardless.

I need a partner as well for brawl. PM me if interested.

I may be able to come to this, the wedding I have to go to doesn't start until 7 so I'm going to try to convince my parents to bring me here. If I can go I'll have to leave by 5 to get ready, so I'll probably be going all Falcon to guarantee i don't make it out of pools (probably don't need to do that but just in case) so I won't have to drop out lol

If anyone wants to team for dubs knowing I won't be able to stay past five if we make it that far I'm down. I use mainly Falco, ROB, and Captain Falcon and MK to since he's legal at this. But I also have an Ike, Sheik and Marth (as well as a Plethora of secondaries)

@BlackGold: Doubles will for sure end before 5pm (Brawl Doubles that is). Brawl singles pools should be done by 5pm as well. Aka, you should be good :).

5$ ROB(Character locked for me) vs Any of your character you choose(You can switch)? I'm saying this cause ROB is the only character I play well lol minus OP MK.

Anyone else want to MM my ROB?

And MK is legal for this? :O
