Half seem promising and the other is unsure. Still leaks are not accurate since the Smash Team and Sakurai has been doing a well done job in keeping the information away so far.
Yeah, I want to see Sakurai retire after Ultimate because he has done enough for us and he deserves it.
I hope Kumazaki gets to be his successor, I wonder what Kirby newcomers and LORE he would add.

For one we would finally get Bandana Dee, and two we would get Kirby stages from his games. While other Kirby characters would be sweet, all we really need is Bandana Dee because we don't want a Fire Emblem situation going on here.

That's a fair possibility. He could incorporate the new stuff from his Ultimate boss fight.
Ah, yes, Susie. The Risky Boots of Kirby. Yet her motivations are still somewhat ambiguous despite ostensibly attempting to rebuild Haltmann Works; is she intent on forcibly mechanizing worlds like her old man was, or only offer it to those who actually want it? Meanwhile Magolor is the Rottytops; genuinely well-meaning and wanting to be the protagonist's friend after a big screw-up but still prone to lying and trickery to get their way.
With any luck, the apparent "next phase" of Kirby could lead into such a concept (although a full open-world 3D platformer would be a great start). The only clear thing we know of right now is that HAL celebrates their 39th anniversary this year.

It's the little things that spark the imagination. Having Risky be the last obstacle standing in the way of K. Rool leads to all sorts of interpretations (also gotta give props the gmodder for remembering the bandanna).
Going back to Magolor comparison, he even has his own vehicle and has challenged a protagonist to a foot race! He'd just need to be undead (which is a real possibility) to be an almost 1:1 replica of Rottytops.

I honestly wonder what Choice Provisions thinks about this. Legally-speaking, it couldn't have been that complicated to ask about referencing Commander again, could it?
In any case, that fan artist implies that Shantae and SK will just be a flavor-of-the-week as far as Smash content inclusion goes, so it's more important than ever that they stay fresh in people's minds (especially SK, since we can't even be sure he'll get a sequel once all his content for Treasure Trove is finally out).
Oh really? Then where was his support during the ballot? Shantae & Shovel Knight still soundly trounced him in those days despite getting no recognition whatsoever. I don't think he was ever a flavour to begin with, at least in the eyes of fans. People are only making an example out of him because of being an indie; few are actually vouching for his character or supposed importance outside of that.
The rumours don't really have more basis other than ''Edelgard's voice is deeper than I'm used to hearing from Cristina''.Then the artist is really just buttmad enough to want people to notice, I guess.
Still though, I'm honestly concerned about the rumors of Vee being replaced for Three Houses. If that's the case, is she too busy to make it for recording sessions in time? Or are people just not realising how versatile she can be?
