I had a feeling there would be a response like this. Since it's hard to read, don't you think there can be the option of custom font switch so that smashboards users can either turn it off if they find it uncomfortable to read?

I'm not really trying to have a flame war, but if you'd really like to start one terywj we can.
A lot of the current suggestions are very user-specific and trivial (arranging postbits, hiding only certain ones, putting a vibrant-specific feature [vibrant was made with the sidebar in mind while other skins were not] on other skins, custom fonts for users and the option to disable them, etc...). We don't need newcomers coming onto the site and while messing with their options having a million things to try to figure out what they mean. Keep things to the basics.
Sorry about the late-ish response.
I implemented custom colors because there were a lot of people who used custom colors. If there are only a handful of people using non-default fonts, and we have no intent of popularizing custom font usage in posts, adding in a whole option for it is very contradictory to that intent, with or without the ability to turn it off.

Idk what happened here really. Ankoku got all touchy about my idea. He doesn't like it; i get it. More than anything I was offended by the tone he used. Were all human and have **** going on; again, i get it. I made a joke and all of a sudden theres a few random people harassing me. That I don't get.

Any notification should be able to be minimized. Imagine if the next time windows said "theres new updates" you couldnt close the notification until you restarted windows

really long rant about the user CP:
the "visual" refers to a to-be-made category, since you have "how SWF looks to me" (the stuff already under 'edit options') and "how I look to others on SWF" (my avatar, sig etc.)
I also type "move to profile privacy" a couple times but with addign all those you would obv extend it to a general privacy category.
PS I'm on generations but afaik the userCP is the same on all skins.
