Thanks to everyone else who brought a set (even though we only had 4 for doubles and 3 for singles). I for one had fun, and I thought a lot of the matches were real good. Edit: nvm, i would have left this crappy looking place too rofl, but it turned out decent in the end.






On a relevent note: There were some flaws that could have been prevented, but in the end it worked out decent. I didn't even bother to enter singles, in fact, i got my money back after i found out it was "single elimination" (meaning one set of 3 games, win or lose. No losers brackets).

Basically this idea was flawed to no extent, if two high ranked players go against each other, one of them is bound to get taken out. Due to the fact that the losers bracket didn't exist, a good player would have to be taken out unconditionally (implying, that both players could potentially get 1st or 2nd place).




Anyhoo, me and 3 Years did extremely well for our first time playing together lol

Considering how Dreamhack had to deal with Gamer's Universe closing permanently not even 24 hours before the tournament, I'd say he did a good job of salvaging it. I had alot of fun considering all the set backs. Good game's to everyone I played.
