Nobody watch them! I'm making Sac look bad in the video...! lol awwww >.< *whimpers; that's not me... that's not me....* Wait, that's it! Yeah, that's not me, somebody took my controller when I left to make a sandwhich and played finals for me. Hahaha

the matches aren't even that bad dude, you're overreacting. And you make it sound like you lost to some random scrub, even lunin said that paul was a good player.

Hey Pink.

When you're tumbling down and want to float, tap left-right to untumble and then instant float, you won't lose your double jump.

EDIT: Also, are you interested in teaming with another Peach for an upcoming tournament?

What the... Please don't base anything off of these videos Chok. :urg: What are you trying to do, make me feel worse? lol j/k... Why don't you come up here and start taking our money then? You never visit!!

See, I warned you Seris!

That's not the problem. Not even that I lost is my real concern. I played poorly; while I played my mind was all caught up thinking about how I was doing dumb things, largely how I was making lots of mistakes, and about how I was doing all this on video, so I didn't have the clear mind I needed to do things right. I was pretty irritated at myself at the time -_-.

I mean, you watched the vids right? Did that look like a actual good Sheik? I don't think so... and I thought that before I even saw the vids (actually I remember I was thinking about this during the matches! lol). Even once I did watch 'em, I thought it was plain the openings I missed and poor rushes I made. I don't think I would have made near as many mistakes if my mind was clear.

That's why I went into that one rant a few posts back about how I could've done better.

So that is my lesson from that tourney; I need to train my mind to maintain a calm focus. I also get externally distracted too easily, I'm not really sure how to work on that.

Omg, really!? O_O I always usually lose my second jump after I float! -_- I'll keep that in mind. It may save a stock or two.

edit: I'm also terrible in teams. T_T I d-smash too much and it hits my partner too!

We can work around that.

But yeah, as soon as you're out of stun and start to tumble just tap left-right or right-left to stop tumbling and then hold down then jump.

pink you are a dsmashing peach, you should be naturally good at teams. in fact, a teammate in high demand since you win sac all the time.

Yeah, but see, I play Peach, too. I know what to expect and what to avoid. In fact, I think I play nearly opposite of you, I'm more of an aggressive Peach, so we might go well together.

i have a tip for peach/sheik teams:

pink shinobi i watched videos, and you play similar to my friend Kim. pretty aggressive with the dsmashes and pretty fast overall, but you do some random moves. very, very similar play style... except you are probably better than he is IMO.

it just so happens that he is my main teammate now, and we are gonna use peach/sheik team in brawl cuz they are so cute! (sakura and ino team, we like to call it.)

he used to hit me a lot also in teams, but he is getting better at it. ALSO we are getting better at it because it is the sheik's job to hang back from peach and not get hit, because peach's priority in teams is TOO HUGE to get near her.

if the sheik stays near but not TOO close as to not get hit, then sheik can be peach's support when she gets hit. peach is a lil too slow to go help sheik when shes in a pinch, but if the sheik is nearby then peach can do it. team synchronization has to be pretty precise, and if you can pull it off, they are a freaking cheap team and hard to beat. the only bad part is that neither character can team-gimp very well, not like fox or jiggly or marth or falcon. but if both players are solid (which is common with peach/sheik players) then the team should overall be good naturally.

so if you do decide to team with vans, or play team friendlies or whatever, discuss this strategy and use ur guys' strong points. because peach and sheik are both really amazing in teams, and BOTH characters can spam dsmash all day and get away with it. its really cool.
