Ok, how about this: I like Smash more because people create combos as opposed to doing combos that have been built into the game. Not saying there aren't some that are built in , I'm sure the developers do that. But in SF ALL combos are premeditated. As in if the developers of SF didn't specifically intend for something to combo, it won't, and those are the only combos you can do. Whereas in Smash, part of the development of the scene is the discovery of new combos, less so in Brawl where combos are rare, but it is still existent. I'm fairly sure developers didn't specifically intend for the Ken combo to work and be a part of gameplay, but it does and it is.
