So I tried olimar in teams the other day in tournament....... something happened and my pikmin wouldn't work anymore.

Sounds like a ghost pikmin. They kind of get stuck in ledges sometimes, you fix it by going to the ledge where they disappeared and doing an aerial

You don't have to do an aerial. You can pull the pikmin out by doing any attack that requires pikmin.

Oli is so difficult to use in teams Kyon. :O He needs babysitting and not many people are suited for him.
Then again I never play doubles so what am I saying.
And I'll tell you how to fix that glitch next time I see you. I should be going to KUB this weekend.
