Speaking of shirts... you know those "Jesus is my homeboy" shirts? While l was on my way to APEX, I saw a weebo girl at the airport with a shirt that said

"Jesus is my oniichan"

Jesus also looked like a cross between Goku and Yugi Muto.

So I just played some wifi after not playing a real person since I got back home. When I started it felt SO weird and I felt like I didn't even know how to play anymore lol

Then I got warmed up :) Apparently Brawl is like riding a bike. And usoos is SO good :D I finally got to try it out and it's awesome

Well to start off, I'm most likely known by Jules so I use that as my smash name.
I don't have a favorite olimar costume, I like them all equally but you'll probably see me using rojolimar or oliver or blue gloves.

My real name is Julian Merino and I currently live in Los Banos, California.




I'm currently a wifi player but hopefully that changes real soon.

My favorite pikmin is probably blue because I like to grab.. a lot. I don't have a nickname for them.
Favorite move with olimar would have to be shield because I like to shield a lot and usoos or shield grab :D

I don't really have a favorite/best match up, but I like to play against my friend Calvin's wario.
My least favorite is most likely.. game and watch.. he can go die.

About me: Well I like to meet people and listen to how they are doing and what they are up to.
My favorite color is green and every other color is a close 2nd. I looove to go shopping for
clothes and shoes to wear. I'm mexican and italian, my mom sometimes tells me we are black but

Hey, it's not my choice it's my parents =\ if it was up to me I wouldn't even have a phone, I much prefer talking face to face. My parents are kinda protective to.

Lol I just got home, I was at a smashfest

I don't even know when I'll have time to send the replay, but I promise I have it

To whoever suggested dashing-stutterstep fsmashing: that's the best bit of advice I've heard in a while (apart from usmashOoS haha)

I have nothing new to share with everyone today. I feel like I'm just playing way smarter and not getting stuck in my shield so much. Uair is an incredible move though, I'm getting good at hitting/frame trapping/baiting with it now.

The future of the Brawl metagame is to land one throw combo and spend the rest of the match planking with uair and nair.

Rich, how do you do this dash > stutter step? Can you do it after a full dash, like running across the stage?

And finally, I'm goin to game three! Aka OUGA, a tournament in Athens in addition to getting a slew of irl exp this weekend, I also get to meet Hilt. (Hopefully.) I probably won't place too well dueto not being good enough at some matchups, but I'm gonna friendly the hell out of this thing :D

edit: screw trying to color tag on a Palm Pre >.>

Jules weren't you coming to FL soon? And a phone is pretty invaluable how could you not want one? I myself rarely use it to socialize, more just to meetup with people.

@Jules: I'm def gonna try to get some games recorded; a lot of times I know my mistakes but there are still other tings I need critiqued. I also hope I an get some Snake **** recorded so I have something to cheer me up when I'm sad :)
