In my opinion,i believe rage quitting in melee is one of the most physically natural things that you could do with a controller after being DEVASTATED!

I have played many games but not many fighters and therefore i want YOU to give me a tier list of characters are the most often to Rage Quit out of the match.

YOU ARE NOT RAGE QUITTING YOUR CHARACTER IS!!!!

On a per-person basis:

Top: Your secondaries that you think are good, but aren't.
High: Your main
Bottom: You don't care about losing with these characters since they are dead to you.

Additionally

Top: You just lost to someone who was playing a character they rarely use
High: You lost to someone who was playing their secondary
Bottom: You lost to someone playing their main

ALSO

Very top: You lost to someone who you know you're better than

I'd put Ice Climbers at the top just because of Nana. She actually costs you a stock pretty often for being stupid.
Other than that, getting gimped as falco, fox, falcon, sheik, and ganon can be really frustrating so they're all up pretty high.

Falcon is the highest, in my opinion.
Also, I don't believe I've ever seen a Peach player rage quit. Us Peaches are usually pretty zen.

Like characters tied to ragequitters the most that I see? Falcos for sure, scrubs delight. They think they can randomly rush you without gettin grabbed just cuz of lasers. LOLNOPE :awesome: I've surprisingly run into a lotta mad jigglys too in the past.

Roy is high in rage quit tier for me, hitstun + laggy moves + fall speed, he gets comboed retardedly hard.

Game and watch and yoshi should be mid/high.
Gandw doesn't have a shield.
Yoshi can be gimped super easily.
Although I agree with falco and is being top tier

Gets hit off stage, tries to recover with super predictable move, gets interrupted, dies.

You do realize that even though he has superarmor some moves stop his momentum, not send him back, but stop the momentum. I'm not saying its common, im saying it's rageworthy

Suprisingly I don't rage quit with Kirby too often. Maybe sometimes against Fox's shine gimps. And Falcon's down throw to knee. And Sheik's chain grab. and Peaches down smash. Actually nevermind. Rage quitting with Kirby is quite common.

I remember threads from a few years ago complaining about rage quitting and how it was super bm. Some people said that it should be auto-dq in some cases.

I'm glad that was a passing phase. Rage quitting in this game is a beautiful thing

Rage quitting is a vital function of my play style. I don't think it should be a dq

Rage-quitting isn't necessary, but its ok to be upset about a match though.
