Lol, I agree with Zac. c:
Edit:
That was too meaningless of a post.
I thought you didn't want to talk to me anymore, Ryan. So maybe you should keep to your word and perhaps back up your statements with some facts - you don't come on here very often, nor do you check every post I make, so I can assume you haven't seen any of the (maybe not so HELPFUL help) input I've put into this. At least I'm not DISCOURAGING people to go away, maybe you could learn a thing or two from me. Maybe. I won't get my hopes up. <3
I don't actually go on about how much I don't want to play it, I only say it every now and then. However I thank you for looking out for me, because you're telling me to stop wasting my time (and perhaps use it more constructively?). It's not my fault I can beat you at the game, if you don't want to play me that's fine but I'll keep playing, I just don't play with an attitude like yours that only seems to matter if there's money involved, otherwise you can't play it seriously, which is a load of bull, because if you don't play seriously then you don't get better, and if you don't get better then you'll lose. c:
Which is my answer to what you just said about there needing to be a means for winning.
Everyone will always john about something, it's only natural, people don't like admitting to be beaten by a better player. Using money as a medium for it is just sad because it shows that you can only play with certain stakes? The stakes are maybe your ego, or your reputation. If you lose when nothing's on the line it just means that you suck all the more. Why don't we make a new thing other than money, such as bets? d: That would be fun.
If I can beat Chris (Amaterasu) best out of 3 then he has to lick my feet, if he wins I have to suck his d---. You get my point. Although it doesn't seem like a fair enough way to make it a very 'competitive' feel, because it would only work for the final two, not for everyone.
Anyway I'm just trying to GIVE MY ADVICE ONTO THINGS.
OH MY GORD sorry I'll be more like you, Ryan, and stay out of things until it seems like it's good enough to come out and say: "Stop wasting your time [insert name].". Oh but of course you 'must' be a busy person, therefore it's ok to come out and tell me to stop wasting my time. Of COURSE, forgive me, Ryan, I'll make sure to look into things more INTENSELY before I blurt out the first thing that comes to mind. Oh and I'm not trying to insinuate that that's what you do at all, no. c:
Ben is an active Brawl player, and so would I be if I had the game. Since I don't, though, I suppose you could say I'm not a Brawl player that plays Brawl by himself. I prefer to play the game with other people, rather than by myself. :D It's good to see that you're paying attention to the fact that more people at playing Brawl in GC, but there are people outside of Brisbane (northside) that also play, which are in fact closer to 'Brisbane' *gasp*? Monthlies should be held in one area, though, that's for sure, as Dave said, it would be less complicated and easier to manage. Gold Coast is better all in all anyway because it's so much beach-ier. <3
Crews are fine as they are, is what I think. Brisbane, Gold Coast, Outer Brisbane, Southside, etc, all of those seem fine, making them smaller would only be good once we have more than enough. At least 6 in each sub... place, or such. But I think in a tournament or such then it wouldn't be like that, it'd only be the main places (i.e Brisbane/GC). By which I mean Brisbane is everyone that lives close to and in Brisbane and Gold Coast is everyone that lives close to and in GC.
Metaknight is a character in Brawl, so I think the discussion is valid enough in itself, as long as it isn't spam, which it is, which is when people come in with points about how to keep the spam AWAY by showing the spammers that there are reasons MK is allowed and ETC. I thought we in Australia wanted to try and be different to everyone else? Having discussions about characters to ourselves is a good thing, isn't it?
If you haven't realised Dave gave us good advice on things that WE haven't even thought of, so, again, instead of pushing people away, maybe you should encourage them to stop digressing from topics-at-hand or from any helpful input towards the QLD scene or such.
From what I can see... the only input you put in right now is the one to do with money. Your help/unhelp ratio is 1:4. Better work on that.

If you ignore this, Ryan, it just shows that you actually 'don't' read my posts and that it shows that you're ignorant and therefore anything you say is basically void. C:
THANK YOU AND GOODNIGHT EVERYONE.
