Do we need to get there any earlier for setup or is 10am fine?

I'd prefer it if people got there early as they can.
I'll be there at 7am to begin setup.

Also, people need to remember power strips, extension cables, etc.

Hey Vyse, we might only be arriving around 10am, depending on traffic. From the last couple of times I've been up for holidays it's been around a 3 hour drive. We will be leaving at 6am if all goes as planned.

7:00am - 10:00am: Doors Open, come in real early to help set up!!!
10:00am - 11:00am: Event Registration Period
11:00am - 1:30pm: Brawl Doubles
1:30pm - 2:30pm: Barbeque Lunch
2:30pm - 5:00pm: Brawl Singles
5:00pm - 8:00pm: Melee Doubles
8:00pm - 10:30pm: Melee Singles
10:30pm Onwards: Crew Battle/Packup and Leave

You have up til around 11am to get to the venue : ]

Also, Syke raises a good point. Obviously the wii's there will be used as well, but we need to make sure we have copies of Melee as well people!!!

Yeah, just pay the entrance fees on the day, and you're in.
'Event Entry: $5 (To help cover costs to hiring the location)
Singles Tournaments: $10 per person, per event
Doubles Tournaments: $10 per team ($5 per person), per event'

lol i can't beleive how many people are excited about this fast action, super speed (like sonic speed) fast game called *shouts* BRAWL!!! it was that fast i had to shout brawl because you know the game is that fast...

anyhow. i'm attending this tournament and so is radianze (aaron my brother).

also antho i havnt had a chance to contact you. i was going to suggest that we offer a deal with the melee tournament. because i don't think the melee will be played by many. so i was thinking. if they enter brawl singles and doubles they get 5$ of singles melee or something similar. get back to me.
