I went through and stuck most of the video threads in the character forums. If you guys have threads you think should be stuck just send me a PM. Keep in mind we try not to stick too many things, for example I was debating unsticking this thread since it's so active.

Not just the best Melee Fox texture but probably my favorite Fox texture in general.

Just put the FitFox0X.pacs into the Fox folder in your SD card.

Pretty sure pac only matters for some single player modes such as Boss Battles, and characters who transform such as zelda, samus, and wario in vs mode.

I've never had any problems with just using the pcs files. The only time I ever needed to have pac files was when I was changing zelda/sheik costumes, because without them, she'll lose them when she transforms.

What complications? Just get pacs fro the transforming characters, and save room for brstm files.

Oh, unless you use Riivolution and a 4+gb sd card, then go ahead and get both.

*Edit* nothing was done to character motion files correct?

So I finally got to actually play 2.5(b) today. A few things.

1) This is completely out of the blue for me, but I think I'll actually be maining Ivysaur.

2) Unsure if bug or fluke, didn't get a chance to test, but:
-3p free for all, Shadow Moses Island, Squirtle (me) v Ness v Sonic
-I did Squirtle's utaunt and input the command for the shades, and it worked
-As soon as I tried to move, the game crashed :(

You people keep breaking Riivolution somehow and I am confused. Besides the slower loading time WHICH I expect due to my $6 Thumb Drive, it works like a beauty for me and I've only occasionally had a freeze on Wifi (usually seems to happen if my opponent leaves as I pick a stage and it's starting to load me into waiting room).

Have you guys thought about getting PM user icons on smashboards? I guess they wouldn't be necessary since most PM players don't play Brawl, but they would make a cool feature.

Probably not going to happen, but not impossible.

That, sir, is an untrue statement. I think a very good deal of P:M's community came straight from the Brawl community. :c Even Eli dabbled in Brawl for a while. :smash:

Proper tether mechanics are on the to do list. As Bubba explains, added grabbable ledges would be accessible to all characters, which would effectively break the gameplay as we know it. That is, unless tethers can auto lock on to ledges that are beyond the reach of normal characters...

I'm really curious to see how Hbox's jiggs does in a PM environment. A lot of people are sleeping on jiggs with all the new characters around. Eager to see if Hbox is gonna wake them up, or if jiggs actually gets bodied by new chars. I can see how pit might be a struggle for her.

I think Jiggs will still hold up well, especially played by hbox. Jiggs is just overlooked because of all the new characters or buffs to others. Hbox will make it far is my guess.
