Whatever badmouthing bubba is bubbaking at me I don't want to know. That's how ignore lists work I mean.

Let's talk about how DeDeDe's down b lets him fly across the stage like a mushroom when he does it from a ledge jump.

i'm mostly referring to the fact that securing a kill with him is work

sooo satisfying when you get it but still work
I dunno... Lucas has combos into kill moves out the butt, it's just that if you miss your combo % window you're stuck edgeguarding or fishing for a grab :x

2.5 Lucas has it a bit better imo.

Now, I'm a bit confused. Is Everyone who is altered getting a changelist (like lucas, supposingly) or just the ones that have big changes (like Ness, Ike, Pit, Wario, etc.) ?

Lucas sounds vaguely like Lucario. Coincidence? I think not!

Yeah Lucas has some swell kill combos and his TC ability is pretty good, especially with that great DACUS. If you get knocked down on a plat above him, you're pretty much screwed. I think in the way of kill combos, Lucas's PK Shine sets up nicely for WD back bair.

If he has more reliable kill setups (that aren't heavily % based and don't require a grab) that's already a great buff to one of the things in 2.1 that Lucas was lacking. Not that he's bad in 2.1 but it is frustrating to secure kills a lot of the time.

The sad thing is Lucas needs nerfs. If people would play with him they'd realize how secret top-tier he is.

Seriously. Tone down those non OU smashes. As of now there is nearly no reason to OU, and that's really disappointing because I think it's a cool idea. Fair is super safe on shield, which is silly, and nair pretty much combos into itself until it's a kill move. Get rid of that landing hit, because that's nuts.

Unless we've decided we're balancing to Fox, in which case more buffs please. Make OU even better or something insane. Make upsmash 12 frames long.

I believe any 'A' attack adds to Lucario's aura. Shielded hits give you half aura or something like that. Utaunt gives you 5% worth of aura so 10 taunts will give you a super.
Well, either the dash attack doesn't, or it's Aura only. I changed the element to fire (don't ask) and it won't charge the aura charges anymore. I mean, I guess it makes sense, but still.

Disclaimer: Not that I necessarily agree or disagree, I'm just clearing up what he's saying for some people who may not understand.
What he means is:

MasterWGS believes that the normal non-OU'd smashes atm are so good that at times, they are better than (if not equal to) that of the OU smashes. While the OU smashes may seem like they generally have bigger hitboxes, the non-OU smashes will kill at times where an OU smash will not because of specific bkb/kbg values. Because of this, MasterWGS feels like there really is no reason to offense-up at all.

Again, I do not necessarily agree or disagree on the subject, but this is basically what his line of thinking is.

I'm pretty sure that a PMBRoomer a little while back cleared up the misconception the OU smashes have bigger hitboxes, even though they look like they should.

Aura has no impact on the move contributing to charge. You likely broke something else in the subaction that contributes to the moves aura build.

If so, then **** if I know where- I specifically went out of my way to keep all the subroutines intact.
