Are Brawl textures supposed to work with Project M? I use the USB loader to load up Project M when I was half-way done with putting textures on , and it loads Brawl with a project m looking character selection and some stages from it.

Hey guys, finally got some recording done and videos uploaded!

Bunch of Friendlies between Meta, daze and SinisterB
Be sure to sub to SinisterB's channel for more content! We'll be having a P:M tournament on the 22nd and we plan to stream/ record it so keep an eye out for that!
I edited the clump of friendlies on Sinister's channel and uploaded them as individual matches on my youtube channel, but all the main stuff will be uploaded to Sinister's channel.

Daze you gotta cut back on using nair > downb with Lucas so much. If the nair connects, they get knocked back too far for the downb to actually connect.
Also remember that you can jump cancel downb lol. You never wavedashed out of it a single time and you can use it to follow up on combos easier or keep yourself safer if they shield it.
Or just jump and do another aerial or even do a grab if they are still shielding.
Also trying throwing in a little more djc dairs, they are pretty good. Oh and Dacus.

Yeah lol there's alot I need to learn with Lucas, haha
And at lower%, nair -> magnet usually connects and sends them back just enough that I can follow up a with nair, fair, dash-attack or whatever else. At higher%, if magnet connects it sends them back and I can chase them backwards and hit them with running usmash or a bair.
I definitely use it too much though out of habit now lol ever since I discovered that though. I should also be wavemagneting more as well, its just hard to build into my muscle memory cuz its kinda technical lol I'll work on it though. And yeah I'll keep in mind the djc dairs/uairs as well, same kinda thing.
I just use Lucas on the side and I'm not very good with him, but I'll take your advice and i'llhopefully be able to improve a bit more with Lucas as a result ^_^

OH MY GLOB! I was the one who told you to stop making FD textures, HDT, but WOW that looks freakin amazing. I keep up with the stage repo thread on smashmods so yeah thats crazy that you were able to finish TheDevicer's food and get that done. Good stuff, HDT
(Darnit, now I have to switch the texture again.. along with the stage select portraits now too.. >_<)

We need a better Alternate Stage Loader that can load separate music with different textures...

Oh, and ILink, I forgot to mention that alot of stuff that I use with Lucas doesn't work against Ness because of how light and small he is, and wolf because he's a FFer.
I really like playing against heavies with Lucas, mainly cuz nair->magnet is super free on those characters, plus pk freeze ***** all day. Try spamming it on DDD xD He won't be able to shield anything.

Dedede doesn't need to shield it when Bair, Dair, Fair, and Ftilt all reliably eat PK Snowflake and outrange nair.

I dunno, I think the MU is really hard for DDD. I beat 2 top players in BC in that MU like 2-3 stock and they both said that they couldn't shield or everything shield poked and they literally could do nothing.
To be fair, they both don't main DDD at all but it's worth noting. Anyways theorysmash is theorysmash lol so whatever just gotta play that MU more to find out more about it

I'd really have to see what Lucas has that can beat out fair so easily. That fair is like Ike's except Dedede also has a lot more solid moves and only the one tricksy to compliment it, while Ike has like one other move used in fundamentals and a bunch of gimmicks out of side B.

LOL I thought you were gonna use zard xD and yeah sure, I haven't played a good DDD yet at all, but apparently its a pretty bad MU for tink so I'll probably try using my Lucas against it
