For those interested, I'm currently in the process of making an Ike hitbox thread similar to a Melee hitbox thread. Complete with animated gifs and frame data. I'm hoping to have it completed by Wednesday.
THANK YOU! I've been hoping someone would do this. I would, but I don't know how to use the software, and quite frankly, am a bit too lazy to put forth the mental effort to figure it out.
Having data is always a huge step in evolving the metagame as it allows stuff to first be figured out on paper, and THEN tested, instead of being stumbled upon accidentally, or developed slowly over time.
I might just go and figure out how to do that for Bowser though. It's not as necessary since he's so much slower, but knowing how disjointed his moves are might help.

Considering how this is a TON of extra work for you that can be changed with future updates, I really appreciate your time. Thank you for doing this, Monk.

It MEANS melee, but it doesn't stand for it. It's not translatable to "Project: Melee", but it's in referrence to the games melee based inspiration.

...I'm not even going to try and profess how little logical sense you three are making right now. - -'

It's true that a lot of people refer to it as Project Melee. It's kind of an obvious conclusion to make so you can't really blame them.

Lol what stage is that for game 2?

I'd recommend using more needles. Use them to turn around in the air, learn to needle cancel, and use them to help with edgeguards. Overall just try to improve your combos a bit. It's not like yours are bad or anything but sheik can do some ridiculous stuff. Utilt, ftilt, upsmash, ditlt, and Uair can all lead into each other pretty well.

So how do you needle cancel and what does it do? Is there some place where all the technical stuff for characters is listed? I'll keep those moves in mind, thanks.

while im not a pro shiek player myself you could probably use more utilt and ftilt for combos since they are primarly pretty good comboing moves. Her Uair isn't bad either allows for good mix ups to throw the opponent off balance imo. atleast thats what I could gather from the video's you provided. but thats just me and how I play her. Generally sheik really doesn't really have any bad moves imho. still though very good videos keeps me entertained. :)
Thanks kid

Needle cancelling is just using a light tap of the shoulder buttons to store your needles. Especially useful in the air, since you can jump, and charge your needles while retaining mobility, or so you can quickly turn around while in the air using reverse needle canceling, which is just tapping the opposite direction just before using your needles to turn them around, then canceling them with the shoulder buttons. Sheik mains make a lot of uses for it, but I don't know any specific ones other than turning around mid-air of course.

And since you've started playing sheik, take a look at this thread.

That is melee sheik of course, but they are almost the same. You may want to disregard the chaingrabbing parts though, as something was changed about her down throw (I think) that makes it more difficult in P:M, so the data may not be correct on the melee thread.

needle cancelling is useful in melee for making her look like wolverine

Damn, neither of us could figure it out for the longest time LOL.

I knew there was something off about 0.66 though, but I didn't know 0.65 was affected as well.

Well I just tried 0.64 and it doesn't have the option to load a fitcharacter.pac and fitcharactermotionetc.pac at the same time or a hitbox option.

That would either be because of his range on stickying or the fact that bowser's freaking huge.
I suppose, but he was moving away from me. It's like this, he spawned and immediately jumped to the left to try and camp out the fire type transformation. All I was trying to do is sticky the wall as a surprise explosion but instead I stickied Bowser as he was fleeing from behind a barrier(dead tree).

If Bowser was in the top pocket of the tree, that would make sense you could sticky him because he is so large. I don't think you'd be able to sticky him through the bottom area of the tree though.
