She might be though, Luma being able to act while rosalina being in hitstun is so stupid

She definitely is though. Or at least one of the best. And the ending of game 2 is a perfect example why.

The Luma has saved my ass more times than I count, whether it be by being a meatshield or screwing over an opponent's punish.

The Luma respawn timer should be much longer, 'cause at it stands, you barely have any time to capitalize before another one respawns.

And yeah Yoshi, Sheik, Frog Sheik, ZSS, Little Mac, and CF all feel pretty damn good and have great mobility.

None of the characters in smash4 have good mobility, what. being mobile is more than just running or dodging fast.

I think you're under selling their options a bit. They have tools that provide bursts of momentum and are pretty difficult to punish, some can be acted out of, and some can even be ledge canceled. And decent projectiles to boot. These are just sweeping generalizations since I'm tired as hell right now and I'm typing on my phone so I won't go into too much detail.

I only brought up Mac and CF because of their good ground speed and, yes, mobility options via dash dancing and the likes even though it's particularly difficult at the moment. Well, I more just brought up CF because he's fun to play as and feels leagues better than in Brawl lol.
