I find stealth in a Metal Gear game significantly easier than stealth in a Zelda game, or you know, ANY game not built around espionage. Stealth sections in Zelda games are just there to annoy you. Oh Stone Mask, how I miss thee.

It's all good. At the Forbidden Woods right now.
Oh I see. How did that fact not come to my mind when posting?
I can't imagine Link being successfully stealthy when he goes HA!, HYAAAH!, or HO! everytime he jumps or rolls.

BTW Chris Seavor and co. released more parts to their Conker's Bad Fur Day commentary. Like the insight on the game.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure if I get what you are saying exactly, but it sounds nice and concise. Is what you said opposing what I said? that smash is easy to get into but pretty much impossible to master?
pretty much.

That's why all scrubs think they are the best in the world at smash, until they play against real players. It's very easy to get into the game, and be able to play it well. But there are so many different levels of skill you can be at, because the depth is insane. "It's an easy game to play, but difficult to master", sums it up nicely.

SF4 is sorta like that too, because it's very forgiving about how precise your inputs need to be for specials to come out. Shoryukens have never been easier, quite frankly. That makes the game a lot more approachable for casuals, but more difficult stuff is still there for the pros to hone and master.

I feel like we've really gotten off topic here. I don't know about this Project Mmm or anything but like listen. Zelda.

Egoraptor is supposed to do a Zelda sequelitis right. That should be interesting. Those familiar with Game Grumps will know that he loves Link to the Past. Which is fine. I like that game too. But I wonder what he's gonna say about Zelda 2. Because he did that Castlevania sequelitis where he said some stuff about things. Right.

**** I'm drunk.

"I'm the best out of my friends!"

If you hear that phrase, stifle your laughter when you see that person play whatever Smash game they are talking about. If they don't pick Kirby and float way wayyyyy up and use Down B, or spam Thunder with Pikachu, I'll give you $100.

This is funny because when my girlfriend and I first played Smash together, she talked about how she'd always win because she'd spam Thunder with Pikachu. She was lost and confused when it didn't actually work.

I used to play with a guy who did just that, spammed thunder like a monster and occasionally Dsmashed. He was always really disappointed when he couldn't win by doing that.

How can you win games doing that, against anyone
jesus christ marie, unless your friends are mentally handicapped anybody should have the reasoning abilities and reflexes to figure out how to make that a losing strategy

Because it's so ******** of a strategy, that people go "lol, that's dumb" and try to challenge it, instead of punishing it?

I know I get hit by dumb stuff a lot because I think I can challenge it, when I shouldn't be. I can't imagine losing an entire match to nothing but those kinds of mistakes, though.

And yet people apparently win with it.

I bet the people who came up with calling us tourneyfags are the people who do **** like this though lol.

There were three people out of my group of friends who claimed to be the best out of the group back when brawl came out. I intended to start my Smash career with Brawl so I had trained a bit on Melee for the past 6 months or so. Oh the looks on their faces.

They've refused to play Smash against me ever since.

You just made me imagine it, though. Goddamn that was hilarious. I love my imagination. XD

I like this story. Mainly because it's the same story of me playing with my friends in any Smash game, including P:M. XD

Except that instead of not playing with me, everyone goes 3 on 1 against me when they play. It doesn't go well for them, usually. It's always hilarious to see their reactions when I manage to KO them all all the same time with a single knee, Falcon Punch or when they screw each other up so bad that it lets me "Sacred Combo" them all.

With friends like them, who needs Level 1 CPUs? ¦D

Speaking of which, considering how much smarter the A.I. is with each new demo, I'm starting to wonder good it'll be in 3.0. Especially with Roy. I wonder how his A.I. will act.

KingClubber dropped some hints in a thread about AI that basically ended up as his QnA/suggestions thread, and implied that's it's gonna be pretty ****ing baller come 3.0.
Also mentioned, though, that teaching them to DI wouldn't be up his alley, so we'd need someone who's name started with a D and ended with a antarion to hook us up with that.

EDIT: Here's the thread I'm referring to. http://smashboards.com/threads/artificial-intelligence.338768/page-1

pls explain how possible.
Black holes can emit such a powerful gravitational force that not even light can escape. Gravity is not actually a true force, but a curvature in the space-time continuum. Once a photon of light has ventured close enough to become caught in a curvature, assuming the force is powerful enough (like a black hole) it will have no choice but to continue down the path of space-time into the body's center.

The simplest way I can describe it is like putting a heavy bowling ball right on your bed. The bowling ball makes an indentation on the normally flat bed while lying there, and any particle that ventures too close, let's say a small marble, will eventually roll into it, unless it's moving fast enough to resist being pulled in. There's a supermassive black hole right in the center of our galaxy.

How is Game Grumps nowadays? I stopped really following after JonTron left.
Much improved. I stopped following the show "because" of Jon Tron.

Mind you, I never cared much for him because he has publicly shown himself to think like a casual elitist (He is one of those who said that Brawl was better than Melee in a top ten video because it is new and that Melee players are "wrong" for preferring Melee). That coupled with the fact that he got more and more insufferably annoying on the show as time went on.

At least with Danny there, they got rid of a few of their habits. They more often do button checks, they got more chemistry, and Danny's funnier than Jon. When I heard Jon left, I started watching again, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a more interesting show.

Game Grumps always seemed too forced, like most of the things that Jon Tron worked on after a point. Hopefully he'll calm down with his videos and try to be clever instead of just loud.

I remember when one of my friends said that he was 'super good' at Smash. The first time I played against him I had to show him that short hopping existed, and tell him to do so by using x/y instead of up on the analog stick to jump.

Yo, I really need to install P:M on my own wii now that summer is over and smashfests are becoming less frequent.
But my HDD is not compatible with USB loader GX so I can't boot NTSC Brawl. If yours work, please tell me the exact model so I can buy it, you'll have all my gratitude C:

Another tech question while I'm at it, I've only seen P:M get booted from a SD card yet, is it possible to boot it fom the HDD too so I don't have to buy a new HDD and a new SD card, but just the HDD ? :V

On another note, I have to agree with Hyl, up is good too :3
It took me 4 years to finally use X for anything that's not a ledge hop.

Up is weird for me because I associated all left to right movement with the left stick and find the jump action better separated in my head and hands.

Hmm. Maybe you can USB load both the game and the codes? I have no idea how you would set that up though: separate thumb drive also connected to the Wii, or the codes also on the harddrive?

I load it through Riivolution, which lets me use my baby thumb drive for the codes, and I already have a disc.

nope, should I ?
I've set the incompatible HDD on my XBOX so I'd lose the data if I was to use it for the wii again. So I'd rather not use it if I'm not 100% sure it works x)

Edit : screw that, I'll try. I'm pretty sure there's a way to store my XBOX stuff on the cloud and even if there isn't, PM>Injust-ass.

I still watch Game Grumps after Jon left every now and then and Danny is better IMO though I will miss Jon's singing. It would be nice if Arin were to pay attention to the game more so there would be less stupid moments if you catch my drift.

I like the Alfred Chicken and Radical Rex episodes a lot.

Speaking of which, have you heard the SEGA CD version of the Radical Rex rap?
http://youtu.be/eH5US6jPUq4?t=31s
It puts the DK rap to shame.
