After rewatching Wall-E, I feel Wall-E and Eve would make for an amazing dual character.

A couple of things. I changed some aspects of our development. We still have a cap of 25 characters but we will showcasing 13 of them within our E3 Direct. We are doing less of a Smash reveal and more in lines of NASBR where we show off a large cast of important fighters and then stream out others later before we launch.

Toy Story Job: Submit a Toy Story Assist and an Item​

We will be submitting two things: an assist charqcter that can’t become a later playable character in launch or DLC as well as an item. Please provide a write up how the assist and/or item works in battle. The two should be fairly iconic to the series and draws from the animated mediums rather than games.

Green Army Men
Works pretty similar to the Infantry & Tanks asssit from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The Green Army Men will march across the stage, tripping over anyone who gets in their way and shooting with their guns.

Luxo Ball
A pretty simple ball item, kind of like the soccer ball in Smash. Only it bounces around, dealing damage to anyone it strikes.

Attractuons are unique items people can’t collect and build with five parts total composing them. Please submit an attraction that coneys of these five pieces that are based on one of Disney’s rollercoaster attractions. Please provide an explanation how the attraction functions in battle.

To activate this attraction you have to collect 5 Identity Discs and once you do that the show building will appear in the background and many Light Cycles will streak across the stage leaving a damaging trail in their wake and they damage anyone they run into.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

To activate this attraction, you will need to collect five steam engine parts. Once you do that, the mountain will emerge and the Big Thunder Mountain steam engine comes out to attack and will give damage to anyone in the way.

Space Mountain

Players must collect the following parts: space shuttle boosters, a space helmet, microchip, and 2 rocket fuel. Once constructed and activated, the screen will start to change various shades of color much like the beginning of the ride. Suddenly, the screen goes complete dark which hinders players vision. The only "light" are small stars in the background. The train car, pictured below, will crisscross about the stage in Super Sonic-speed style and will ram opponents in the way.

Job #21: Submit a Second Mickey Mouse Stage​

We will be submitting a second Mickey Mouse stage. Our first one is Steam Boat Willie which focuses on Mickey Mouse of the past. This stage will focus on nicer Mickey Mouse properties. Please provide the name and source material, it’s appearance and any sort of gimmicks and/or hazards, and a track list for the stage of no more than five songs.

I think it would be good to get some form of representation for the video game side of Disney. And dispite its flaws, Epic Mickey has a great ascetic that would help this stage stand out from the rest. Set in a sort of corrupted world. It would start out in the Mean Street, with various Gremlins and Disney characters walking around and doing their business. However. Eventually the monsterus Shadow Bolt would appear in the background, swiping fighters. This will transition them to another part of the Wasteland. The other parts fighters can be sent to include the Dark Beauty Castle, Mickeyjunk Mountain, Tomorrow City, Priates of the Wasteland, and the Lonesome Manor. Eventually they will warp back.

If Magic Kingdom is the Battlefield, this is the FD. You fight on an enlarged version of the cliff where Mickey does his magic behind a night sky

Some notable visual effects and non-character cameos:

1. Waves and splashes will rise up, not having any effect on gameplay but aesthetically getting pretty close to the foreground.
2. When the match begins an orchestra can be seen preparing, they move out of view upon the countdown's end
3. Bald Mountain can be seen in the distance.
4. The battle also has a river in the distance, you may see the ark Donald boards in Fantasia 2000 on occasion

Buzz Liteyear & Woody Moveset Submissions​

Wecwill begin submitting special moves for our two toys! This also includes a neutral, forward, backward, upward, and downward as well as three super attacks based on levels.To give you a bit of an idea how these characters play, Woody is a Dhalsim-character whose attacks have deceiving reach but he’s also a lightweight; weighing far less than our boy, Buzz. He’s a bit also Luigi in that he has a slower falling speed. Buzz on the other hand has impressive weight which helps him survive but this also hurts his speed. That being said, he is a great jumper. He’s a stereotypical zoner with Samus-like playstyle.

We will be submitting another Helper assist but with the idea that this character cannot be submitted for later jobs. The series can get a stage potentially but not a newcomer representative. The main villain of the Emperors New Groove and its spin offs. When summoned she will cackle and throw a potion forwards. If it hits an opponent it may cause a random effect such as slowing them down, inverting their controls, etc. There is a rare random chance she will throw a potion to turn fighters into a Lama, like in the film. Each fighter would get a Lama model based off them. They would have a lack of moves for a limited time while in this form.

Lol I love the idea. I admit I was considering submitting Yzma and Krunk as a dual fighter in one like Duck Hunt where they use Krunk's strength and Yzma's potions but this is a fun submission.

Isabela
Encanto

Oldest granddaughter in the Madrigal family, her Gift is being able to make the flowers bloom. This ability allows her to cause flowers and even cacti to bloom. In typical Isabela fashion, she will appear on the stage and will cast flowers around which can obstruct fashion and slightly hinder movements. She will also cause cacti to bloom which can damage opponents passively if they get too close. In addition, she also causes other flowers to bloom which spews out colored pollen which also obstructs vison while inducing a poison affect. I wanted to have her lash out with vines but I felt doing damage in this way is not in character so I chose a more passive approach.

When summoned, Baymax will pop up out of his storage unit and wave, and will proceed to heal the players within his general area (they'll be an on-screen circle to show where it is), yes, even the opponents. After a bit, he will pop back into his storage unit and disappear

Baymax is no doubt an iconic Disney character, and while I love him as much as everyone else, I don't he'd be suited to be a fighter, assuming harming people goes against his programming, it was a big focus in the film and all. That's why I suggest the next best thing and make him a helper that will... er... help people like he's programed

The ominous food critic and non-malicious antagonist of Ratatouille, Anton Ego's imposing figure was broken upon discovering the homely taste of the titular rodent-prepared meal.

I recently had good luck with an Anton on a creation thread, so let's try another Anton: Anton Ego sits on the sidelines, analysing the battle - he's a neutral helper like Baymax, if he likes what he sees (combos, KOs, well placed projectiles, well timed shields) he rewards a fighter with delicious healing cuisine. However, if you're screwing up (falling for counters, running away without using projectiles, spamming attacks, only using powerful moves) he will give you his worst possible honour - throwing Chef Gusteau's frozen supermarket burritos and sending you flying - to let you know that you're on the level of Monseiur Boyardee.

We need more characters from Disney’s older IPs. Song of the South is a little controversial but still a big part of Disney’s old animation history as Splash Mountain is based off of the movie. The two set up traps that the other fighters can get into. Basically, a trap helper.

Type: Throwing/Status

When it makes contact, it causes anyone who was hit by it to be suspended in the air for some time. They are able to move around but has very limited control over their movements thus causing them to be, more or less, sitting ducks. They can still do aerial moves though. This also causes them to lose launch resistance when attacked.

Imperial Firework Launcher
Series: Mulan
Type: Shooting

This heavy weapon causes the opponent to be weighed down significantly and reduces the ability to run and jump. When held, it can fire a single firework rocket which will fly forward. Once it makes contact with an opponent or an obstacle, it will detonate causing smaller fireworks to shoot out from there in random directions thus maximizing the AOD.

A portable Make-Up-Your-Mind-Inator to be precise - it blasts a big beam, but can only do so once. If it hits, the opponent will be forced to use the last move they used constantly, with all inputs going to it for a few seconds. This does allow air moves on the ground and such. You'll have to be careful using this - you don't want to deal with a constant barage of Elsa ice projectiles, do you?

Syndrome's Gloves (Trapping)

"You sly dog! You've got me monologuing!" This will replace your grab with a long ranged beam that gives you free movement over your immobilised foe - you can also use it in the air and as a tether recovery!

I don't know if we're including live action content, but I really like this film and as fun as I think the Rocketeer himself would be. I don't think he'd be getting in. Its exactly what it says on the tin, a jetpack. Looks really retro and works for a limited time.

An iconic moment from Alice in Wonderland. Drinking from it will shrink the user down, making them quicker and harder to hit but way less powerful.

Category: Status
A piece of treasure looted from the Aztecs by Cortés, bringing with itself a terrible curse to whomever takes possession of it.


When picked up by a player, they are now resistant to flinching and the damage they take is reduced. However, Enchanted Moves, Heart Moves and Destiny Dreams are now all disabled with only your regular attacks and grabs available until you throw away the gold, lifting the "curse".

To indicate being cursed, the players will have a slight blueish hue added to their model, assuming giving everyone a skeleton would probably be waaay too much of a hassle, lol

Poisoned Apple (Snow White): Status/other

If the fighter consumes the apple, the fighter will be poisoned and take damage for a few seconds (think like the flower rod from Smash in a way plus the Poison Mushroom).

FastPass (Disney Parks): Other

The FastPass is a really unique item...because it will give the fighter who picks this up access to a random attraction already built and thus can just be used for their attack rather than collecting all their parts. Consider this a Fast Pass for the attraction items.

Poisoned Apple (Snow White): Status/other

If the fighter consumes the apple, the fighter will be poisoned and take damage for a few seconds (think like the flower rod from Smash in a way plus the Poison Mushroom).

The FastPass is a really unique item...because it will give the fighter who picks this up access to a random attraction already built and thus can just be used for their attack rather than collecting all their parts. Consider this a Fast Pass for the attraction items.
