Ok time to start planning the details for this.

I need the airport and time that everyone will be arriving in norcal for

Thugz

I might end up arriving a little later then you guys, however Im going to go ahead and send the payment and stuff in beforehand so you guys should be able to check in.

Also, I went ahead and gave the extra room away to Laurel, Mike, Rich, Eric, and Southpaw. It might work out knowing people next door in case some want to stay up and other want to play or whatever. We might also have one or two crashers the first night but theyll still pay the split. As soon as I get their Im going to ask for the hotel payment for all the nights you will be staying. Ill go ahead and put together a rough total in the next day or so, but it might vary until Im actually charged for the rooms (I doubt by more than a dollar or so).

Also play nice with the room. I know yall are responsible, but if something gets screwed up expect to take or share responsibility.

Lastly Im going to attempt to make sure you guys have someone to pick you up when you arrive, if you arrive close enough together I might even be able to get them to pick you up from the airport and itd probably be cheaper than the BART. Ill make sure to get you prices before its all set up.

And I guess Im going to be having a car while Im there, so assuming youre willing to pay the gas expeditions are a possibility.

What, you want to go mk vs me or something? If so that's fine, just let me know beforehand. And if you want to have a non character locked MM, that's fine by me too (aka you could switch to your mk or tertiary character on a cp, but I could switch to my pika/mk/dk/etc)

And Tag, if you or someone you know could get me from the airport I would be elated. I'll post my arrival time in a bit.

We need to work on what we are doing, and work on the transportation from the airport to the hotel and back, when it comes down to how we are getting around. I've got the money for stuff to do, we just need to come up for it, and we should definitely finish this up and get a plan set in the next couple days, if possible.

And I talked to leaf about it already, but I think its better for you guys to use public transport to get to the hotel since youll have a better understanding of how to get back. Itll cost about the same bu the last thing I want you to worry about is getting lost on public transport while trying to catch your airplane and not being familiar with it. Try and arrange a ride from the thread stealths talking about, but if it comes down to it I can probably talk to my friend about picking people up from the Bart. The only issue is im not sure what time hes arriving in antioch himself. If possible try and arrive with a group or wait for each other so you can split the cost of gas.

And Harry Potter sounds cool.
