It IS Photoshopped. That's the doorknob from Alice in wonderland.
It was a joke from way back when they were speculating about new Pokemon.. since so many were made after ordinary items.

There are most definitely negative zeros.

Take -1000 for instance. There are three zeros and they count towards the negative. How about that. I'm right and you're all wrong as always.

Well there could be.. but it wouldn't makes a difference.
cause:
+0 = 0 = -0
So there's no point to adding the sign if it originated from one side or the other..
