lapras can't be frozen cause it's water/ice. ice pokemon can't be frozen, fire pokemon can't be burned.
inflict status on Nessie's cousin all you want, Hydration will remove it at the end of the turn.
not defenseless as one might think.
EDIT: though it's clear Latias is still freakn broken.

True that. But woe to the Lapras without Hydration. XD

Also, my vote goes to an evolution for Skarmory. But like, not a crappy evolution. A GOOD evolution.

Yeah, he is pretty OP. But if anything the evo could just up speed and HP a bit but leave everything else unchanged. At worst it'll get banned like Chandelure, but I'm not into competitive Pokemon and just like to collect/trade good ones.

Just fyi, Latias would **** all over Lapras on an even playing field. Lapras could still win with predictions and support, but Latias is a shoo in for the victor in a 1v1.

Mawile's design is pretty tight and a Steel/Ground evolution with some curve-ball moves would be pretty neat. It's a shame Mawile is kind of a filler pokémon.

My Mawile wrecked the hell out of the Elite Four in 4th Gen.

If Mawile had an evolution with good stats, I could see Mawile's evo wreck. It already has a great movepool and would be an ESPECIALLY good baton passer or wall.

Pokemon needs to get its priority straight me thinks. Rhydon, an already pretty decent pokemon gets an EVO, but mawhiles left with its horrible stats. Its sad too. I can TOTALLY see mawhile as like, a bulky baton passer if he just had a lil more defense. :<

I think that Lapras should evolve to be something good again. I really like it as a pokemon. Also mawile/tropius are so amazing, too bad they both arent good. I have a tropius figure lol
