I like my food somewhat spicy. Add some stuff in for the purpose whenever I cook. I just don't go for the crazy hot stuff.

I eat when I'm hungry and that is even at 1-3 AM in the mornings. I go to the Gym a lot so I work off any calories I gain.

That is what I usually eat if I'm hungry late at night but instead of using a bowl I just pour it in a large cup with milk and just drink it.
