I ran through the FitMotionEtc files and changed everything I think might work. There are some things there that I didn't try, because they probably rely heavily on animation effects (Sheik's chain, Waddle Dees/Doos, Rope Snake, etc.) or it would be overdoing it even if it did work (pigs that shoot pigs... eh.).

Here's the file, everything's totally untested though so use at your own risk, as I expect that at least some if not most of these things will freeze or have some unexpected effect...

Here's a changes list. Whoever tests these out, make notes of what works, what doesn't, what freezes, etc.

Captain Falcon: The Blue Falcon
Dedede: Gordos (the only things he had that don't walk) and a star? Maybe stars from his Up-B landing?
Diddy: The Gun and Jetpacks
DK: Bongos
Falco/Fox/Wolf: Blasters
Ganon: The sword
Kirby: Hammer, Stone, and stars?
Link: Boomerang, Arrows, Clawshot (the part held in the hand)
Toon Link: Boomerang, Arrows, Hookshot (the part held in the hand), and the Wind Waker
Luigi: Fireballs
Mario: Fireballs, Cape, and FLUDD water
Ness: The business end of the yoyo
Peach: Toad, maybe the Parasol
Pikachu: Thunder Jolt, I think...
Pit: The Arrows
PokeTrainer: The Pokeballs
Squirtle: Water spray
Ivysaur: Razor Leaf
Charizard: The rock, before it breaks
Ice Climbers: Ice chunks
Samus: Missiles, Super Missiles, and Bombs. I think it might be possible to change the gun itself, but I didn't try it. Someone will probably want these to have different textures, but right now they should all be the same.
ZSamus: The pieces of the armor, hopefully.
Sheik: Needles
Snake: Basically everything that goes boom, as well as his RPG, C4 trigger, and Cypher.
Sonic: The spring
Wario: The bike... and when it breaks, it should fall apart into many pigs!

Maybe you can change the respawn platform to a pig. Or the Arwing that Fox and Falco enter in on. Or all of the spectators in Smashville. Or a hothead.

Hmm... Well did you try the others? Probably anything that has an animation tied to the character (weapons, etc.) will just appear on the ground since there's no animation data, but projectiles might work...

A few things...

-DDD's file is broken
-C4s are always set in the middle of the stage
-Nade/Tjolt pigs only appear on startup
-Bike = freeze
-A pig appears in the middle of the stage when Sheik charges her needles
-Pokeball/Rocksmash/Blaster/BLUEFALCON/Bomb pigs didn't work
-A pig appears in the middle of the stage while Pit charges his arrows but the arrows are unchanged
-The pig appears in the middle of the stage during Peach's Up-B/Mario's Side-B/TL Uptaunt+Arrows+Zair/Diddy Jetpack+Gun/Kirby Hammer/DK Bongos
-Ganon's pig is at his feet

I hate it when that happens (the middle of the stage part). That's why I've never gotten a projectile swap to work.
