Franky's new look is a bit weird, but I can't say I hate it. It will just take some getting used to. At least he still talks like he used to.

I have to say even though I'm sad that Zoro has really lost his eye, he actually looked really awesome in this chapter.

I knew that Luffy wasn't going to go haki crazy and just calmly get out of the situation. :D

I still don't understand why so many people hate frankys new look either. :p Not generally on here but I hover around the one manga forums don't actually have a account there and so many people are hating on it. Franky reminds me of the Jozu on Whitbeards crew where they are both massively huge and powerful.

Poor Zoro on losing his eye. :( I actually thought it was just a cut but this only means one thing that Miwhawk gave him some serious training.

Anyway can't wait until next chapter it's going to be chapter 600 so it should be big. <3

Edit: Forgot to ask why Zoro's eye has been switched around.. I'm guessing it was Oda's mistake in the artwork as it's generally better to have the left eye cut instead of the right. Since if you are right handed it would feel very weird to have your right eye cut.

Yes well I got super happy from the new crew and decided to do that with all of them and add in their colours over them. And thanks. :)

Kuraudo I really like Nami's new hair style in fact I like all the crews new look. So many questions to be answered though.

Luffy's huge scar.
Nami's Powers.
Ussop's Powers.
Sanji's Powers.

I'm more interested in Nico Robin, Chopper and Brooke to see how they have improved fighting wise.

Edit: Speaking of that Nagace that ship he cut up I think it may belong to the revolutionaries and those people who wanted to kidnap Nico robin are the Revolutionaries. I think this because only the type of ship it has some kind of animal on it and most of the Revolutionaries as we saw have animal hats and ships.

but didnt the revolutionaries just drop robbin off at the island why would they then kidnap her?

I could see them doing stuff with nami's hair but i like the new look as it is but change in the future not a bad thing (never thought i would make a post about a manga characters hair)

I kinda hate chopper i dot find him amusing at all and this might just take up chapters which could be used for better things.

Laslty o no zoro only got one eye that kinda sucks. 20$s only having one eye does not hurt his ability to fight in any way at all.

I forgot that the revo's dropped Nico off. I was to hyped over the latus chapter. xD

Jonas is probably right then. Anyway can't wait until they reach fish man island. I think there's a very high chance the next nakama will be from there as the crew needs someone really strong in water.

the boat being sliced in half was obviously just a throwback to mihawk cutting that obnoxious don creek's ship up

i think even zoro's line (which is horribly, horribly, HORRIBLY out of character, zoro has never been that fantastical-philosophical) is just emphasising how he's now mihawk with three swords

i wonder who else picked up haki

He was trained by Mihawk, but he won't be a clone. Zoro will undoubtedly have suped-up moves of his own style, the only thing he's done that's cosmetically like Mihawk is his new cape lol.

It's only natural that now, he'd be able to do **** of the same calibur i.e. cutting galleons.

It's my hope that before parting, Mihawk told Zoro that someday they would still battle to see who deserves the title of world's best.

This chapter was an epic waste. WASTE.
Except for the fact that Franky still has his hair (and controllable!!)
. I saw nothing worth remembering in this.
Except that Zoro's more philosophical. It makes me sad. If I wanted Sun Tzu to wield a sword, I'd ask Oda to have Sun Tzu wield a sword. This makes me sad.

On the bright side: Robin =D~

What? This chapter was fine.
They built up the imposter's forces, Franky's hair (obviously), Zoro and Sanji are up to their shenanigans again, Brook is about to groove his way to the ship. The only thing that annoyed me is that Luffy's being really stupid still
. Plenty of things

You can't really ask for so much within ~20 pages

If a whole bunch of stuff just happens all at once, it may be an awesome chapter, but if it happens all the time, it would be a weak series. Consider the last three chapters build-up to something really awesome.

It's hard to see Zoro still fighting and messing around with Sanji like that. You figure 2 years with Mihawk would have made you mature, calm, and cool...nope.

Since I don't lurk this thread at all, I wonder what was everyone's opinion on who was the better fighter in comparison to Zoro and Sanji. I know a lot of people in other forums debated that they were equal, while some favored the other. In my opinion, I think Zoro was clearly the number 2 fighter pre time skip, and he is for sure number two. I mean the progression should be immense considering he trained with Mihawk.

Zoro fo sho. I wouldn't be surprised if he was also physically stronger than Luffy, considering how serious he is about fighting and training.

... oh and training with Mihawk ought to make you a lot more bada** than training with a bunch of ******* chefs.
