So once reunited everyone is going to be stronger in some way I presume by the way I look at the cover pages/and how the anime showed it. Thoughts?

Well from what I originally saw it from the cover stories was somehow losing his "Never hurt a girl" issue, but from the Anime they potray the Okamas being way stronger than Sanji. Hence becoming one of them again (hopefully just for now...) and possibly becoming as strong.

It did go all the way to Skypiea, but the DVD's are with Robin barely joining and the Goat Man. (Not that exciting, but Blackbeard and Bellamy will be in the next DVD, probably)

As much as I hate Sanji for what he is now, maybe him staying okama is not such a bad idea, IMO. Him fighting Kalifa got to me, his weakness is that he doesn't want to attack female opponents, maybe he will change when fighting.

sanji was my favorite strawhat... that title might belong to franky now, depending on what cool powers the crew gets after they meet up. i was a bit disappointed with the sudden okama change. like, after 10 years of lusting after women... wtf?!

I really hope that Ivankov changes him into a girl.

I totally love Sanji as he is, but that would just be hilariously ironic. It's just set up so perfectly. Ignoring what the anime said (which I don't really agree with) Sanji is dressing up that way just to make the transvestites leave him alone. Now, we know that Ivankov is coming to the island, so imagine him landing there and seeing Sanji and thinking (because Sanji is dressed like that) that he is transgendered and that he needs to be "corrected".

It's just set up soooo perfectly, I swear.

If that doesn't happen, I hope he'll still be dressed like that just to see other crewmate's reactions. Once everybody else has seen him like that he can go back to his normal self. I don't see him staying an okama.

Did not expect Rayleigh to show up like that, and 100% confirmation of what exactly Kuma said to him is nice. Also interesting that he's there to delay Luffy's trip back to Saobody. The last chapter really made it look like the crew uniting was going to happen really fast, but I guess not.

I was also really shocked that Usopp's story basically confirmed that the Straw Hat "filler" in the anime was canon and actually showed things before the manga itself did.

Don't know what I think about that. Sanji's coverstory was taken a different way in the anime than was logical (IMO) and I'm still holding out hope that the anime took that one their own direction. lol

I'm sorry, it's just so confusing what we're even supposed to spoiler in this forum or not. When I used to watch the anime only I came into this topic and there were never any spoiler tags so I learned to just stay away from the topic. Obviously people are going to be discussing what's going on in the story most recently, of which the anime is around a year behind or more.

i am not sure what number episode it was it was a while back now but i can tell u that sanji landed on the island was kinda out of it for a while he sees what he thinks is a women in a dress wakes up on her/his lap says a line "whats this i feel" which i de-matured and thought was funny as hell and in the end of his part of the episode he was running from the people on the island

i also saw some of robin with the slaves building the bridge
