i am not so sure its Ivankov talking to dragon for two reasons.
1: why would oda not just show u who it is since that character is not surprising
2: we saw that Ivankov does did not know were dragon was from but figured it out by the way he stood now that was a flashback so it might of happened before, but its seems Ivankov is pretty keen and would figure out this is the kingdom dragon was from. so it seems to me that unless that flashback were Ivankov figured out dragon is from the east blue happened before this one it might not be Ivankov talking to dragon.

but of course others pointed out how the person talked like Ivankov so it could very well be him/her

something to note... its interesting to see that kuma was part of dragon's revolutionary group. i didn't know that at all. no wonder ivankov was so surprised to see him completely changed at the battle with whitebeard. makes me wonder what really happened to kuma, and what his plans are.

@ least it isnt as bad as naruto or bleach *** pulls

and i wouldnt call zoros as much of an *** pull, he is the only one we see training most of the time out of the straw hats. Think of the straw hats progression like a rpg. i doubt we will be seeing any training arcs any time soon in one piece

& its pretty reasonable that they cant beat admirals. this isnt the kind of manga were rookies can just stomp over people with big names

I actually like it when there are new attacks that come out of nowhere in One Piece. The characters kind of just experiment with what they have and form a new attack instead of training for several chapters.

I'm sick of seeing manga where they train and foreshadow a new technique and say something like, "I hope I won't have to use this technique." or something along those lines. lol

I personally think that Sabo is still alive.

If this were some other manga I would be saying "He's dead." but this is One Piece. Even if it's in a flashback it still finds kind of anti-climatic to me.

I'm well aware of all of that. But I'm just saying this seems anti-climatic to me. I think that somehow he'll still be alive. I'm not saying that I'd be shocked if he is dead... but I just wouldn't get it.
