but the thing is, once buggy maximizes his power, i think he could be able to win against anybody who cuts.

buggy continued to challenge mihawk because his new crewmates were lauding him, but eventually he was cut down by some tornado technique that mihawk used. i think that's how it went down

Buggy has been a comic relief character up to this point, and I fail to see that changing. Chances are, he will think he got stronger, and his bounty may go up...then he finds out Luffy has outdone him yet again and he gets pissed and goes back to his typical self.

If it were up to me, I'd keep his skill level at what it is now. Epic training fail.

Anyways, I found someone on youtube who manipulated the audio file to "Fight Together" and changed the pitch of the lady's voice to sound like a man. It's rather well done o_O

Nah, he tried to fire one of his explosives at Mihawk but it got deflected back at him.

Technically we don't know for sure yet. I don't know what else that letter could've been about, but still, nothing's official.

I wouldn't say he's bad at being a pirate, just bad at fighting. After all, he's pretty much the only pirate in the series that we really see actively trying to find buried treasure (assuming Captain John's treasure is buried, which it better be). Everyone else is out searching for romance, or some ****.
