If you're curious about the red stuff on my arm is a birthmark, the kind most unfortunate people get on their face. I find it looks kind of cool on my arm and cant be bothered to get it removed which would probably screw up my skin, plus I kind of like it

Pfft, everyone gets the handsome comments from the older ladies, is the next step in mothering really, you help out other peoples kids though. It's like when your mom would call you special when you were 5 years old and stuff. At 15+ the trouble is the ladies so they all say you are "handsome". What girl do you know would call you handsome? I'm always getting that from the oldies, though they do add in they my hair is crap; "nice face, shame about the hair, you're a really handsome boy". It's almost insulting.
