I've started doing that. I didn't even notice I was getting fat until it was too late since I rarely look into mirrors. One day I finished brushing my teeth, turned around, looked in the mirror, and was like, "What the hell happened to my face?"

Now there's this stupid crease where my nose and cheek meet since my face... deflated(?).

I really dont mind my physical appearance. I just dont like running/jogging for two blocks and already being tired.
