lolwut? We could play on a stationary Pokemon Stadium 2?

Can someone just post the code? It's really hard to navigate that first post, and I'm not even entirely sure what the code would be called.

Also, any luck with the SSE stages yet? Or should I just lose all hope right here and now?

I would like to put codes on SSBB, but I do not know what are the most fun and most funny ^ ^. So, if you can give me advice, it would be cool

the code is set up so that you can say, for example, the character who is player 2, his "texture" is put onto character 1, producing various effects.

Great idea, jodo. Is "Brawl Codes" a good enough title on the Smash Wiki? Here's a link, because I'm not really sure how to start it off. You can sign into that site with your SWF username and password!

Just... please God make sure credit is given properly to the creators of the codes. I know they wouldn't like it if the credit wasn't there.

PLZ God give proper credit! >_<

What's so problematic with the SSE stages? I can come up with two plausible guesses. It could be because the subspace areas are on the second layer of the disc, or it could be because they use a completely different file format that the standard brawling engine wouldn't understand. It could be something else that I haven't thought of, but the strong dismissal suggests you know just what the problem with them is so I figured I'd ask.

It's also a shame that my more thorough music list never got integrated into the first post; it seems strictly superior.

It is because they are in a completely different mode and folder than the multiplayer stages that if you try to swap them with one of the multiplayer stages like you normally would for a stage like HRC to work, it just crashes the minute you try to play on it. It's been tried before, it crashes when you try to do the normal way of hacking it to play on it for multiplayer, it just doesn't work. In Melee, they were ALL in the same folder and we had access to the Debug Menu, where as in Brawl, the Debug Menu has been removed completely (from what we can tell) and the adventure stages are in their own separate folder from multiplayer stages.

It's the samething for playable bosses, except one difference, completely different file type. They're in a completely different folder and are a completely different file type, it's also said that the bosses are locked onto their stage that you fight them on so, even if you managed to try and get them playable, they'd only be playable on that specific stage, and even then you probably wouldn't be able to control them because they most likely don't have button combinations like Master Hand and Crazy Hand did in Melee.

and that's why you can't use final smashes in SSE/boss battles?
Probably so, because it's a completely different mode from multiplayer where as in Melee adventure mode wasn't like that, they were all in the same folder (the stages were at least). And were all treated as multiplayer stages, where as Brawl, they are not.

Falco400 always seems to have the direct answers. Nice.

Anyways, I tried the Play as Losers on Result Screen code and it froze when I KOed my foes. I can take some logical guess at why, though, because Respawn platforms/locations are not set for this stage?

the result's screen is not meant to be a fighting stage, it can be a fun place to play in and use capture card in though...

Wait, what if you do a brawl disk hack, ex. switch final destination on the disk for adventure mode stage?

It froze? Really?

On mine, when someone got KO'd they just never respawned.

How exactly does the music modifier code work?

It says
Music Modifier [Heinermann]
4A000000 90180F06
14000076 FF00XXXX
E0000000 80008000
Music List
Replace XXXX with one of the following (Nameless and Unused songs will most likely NOT work)
What music are you modifying when doing this?

Same thing will happen, it doesn't matter which way you're doing it hacking (USB Gecko) or ISO hacking, they're doing the same thing, it'll crash.

Hmm, it seems Hough hasn't posted the codes for pressing random to go on HRC, Target test level 1, and Practice stages by selecting random before I made my account here.

Anyway, here they are.

Homerun contest stage:
4A000000 81000000
3253CDDC 01010101
305E25C4 00000036
145E25DC FFFFFFFF
E2000001 00000000
305E25DC FFFFFFFF
145E25D8 00000034
E2000002 80008000

Practice stage:
4A000000 81000000
3253CDDC 01010101
305E25C4 00000036
145E25DC FFFFFFFF
E2000001 00000000
305E25DC FFFFFFFF
145E25D8 00000037
E2000002 80008000

Target Test Level 1:
4A000000 81000000
3253CDDC 01010101
305E25C4 00000036
145E25DC FFFFFFFF
E2000001 00000000
305E25DC FFFFFFFF
145E25D8 00000038
E2000002 80008000

They have all been tested, but I haven't used one to be 100% sure those are them, but I'm pretty sure. To find them, I just looked at the code for pressing random to go on Results Screen, and the code for going to result screen by pressing _ and noticing the similarity of them, and then the other three codes by putting the area from the results screen one to the press random thing. So pretty much credits to whoever made the codes I used to find them.

Sorry if I was supposed to put in a certain format, or post somewhere else, or if the codes have already been found.

While Performing Great Aether with P1:
Hold R to do Bring them down to the ground.
Hold L to knock them into the air.
Release all to end the combo.

and wireless (more glitchy)

The Greatest Aether (wavebird):

That should be changed from the 0080 to 0000...

Otherwise, it will NEVER end...

In other words:

The Greatest Aether (wavebird):
284DE4B0 00000000
4A000000 8077F780
..........................
..........................

Now it should work Perfectly!!!

Behold... A code I made for those using the Wii Remote and Nunchuck Combo!!!

Code:
The Greatest Aether (Wii Remote and Nunchuck) Ported By shadowofchaos all thanks to Button Activators by Full Metal Kirby:
(And Phantom Wings for Making the Code in the First Place!!!!)

3B800116 2C1C00F9
40820008 3B8000F8
939E0038 00000000
While Performing Great Aether use the following commands:
Hold Z to do Bring them down to the ground.
Hold B to knock them into the air.
Release all buttons to end the combo.

Note: The Greatest Aether codes won't work (any of them) if the one for the Nunchuck is used at the same time as the ones for the Wired GC or Wavebird...

If you're wondering "shadowofchaos" and "shadowofchaos725" are me.... It's just that I think the name without the number was taken on the forum when I registered....

Edit:

How exactly does the music modifier code work?
What music are you modifying when doing this?
You will hear that song no matter what stage you choose...

You should "joker" it so that you can pick which songs you want by holding a button or button combos....

There's also a version for Wi-fi when your friends can hear it when you're the host of the room....

Allow Replays Longer Than Three Minutes (brkirch)
040EB804 60000000

To save the replay, just press the button you normally would to save replays (the save replay button will not appear on screen).

I've been told that after 3 minutes, the match may go x2 speed, there is a fix for it though. I believe someone said that if you pause it after the three minutes, everything will be fine again (either pause and unpause or pause for exactly three minutes). Otherwise, when you record the replays with your equipment, I'd suggest after the three minute mark (if you don't want to pause) to slow the video itself down after the three minutes so it looks like nothing was changed. That said, you can save as many minutes of a match as you want. AND you can send them to friends for them to watch too, you don't need the code on to watch the matches, you just need the code on in order to save them longer than three minutes (obviously).

It's like I thought though, the replay files themselves don't have a timer, the restrictions were only placed on the results screen of a match so you couldn't save them. But, you can now, so enjoy guys.

Yeah, but what about the saves? I mean, can you SAVE your match/records on, say, F zero?

you can extend the time limit for most demos. most of the games were lazily put on the game disk, with full emulation and everything, meaning the full game is there and you can reach the end for most games.

you cannot save anything though.

and you can only do this if you have usbgecko.
