infinite jumps,
infinite Up-b,
pokemon switch (manaphy),
color modifier,
p2 hatless mario,
p1 shield pit,
unrestricted camera,
Stage Editor Unlimited Parts v2.1,
and Stage Editor Place Anywhere v2 all work.

not sure about wifi custom stages i play a custom stage offline, and still offline, random sends it to the custom stage, but now i can't connect to anyone on wifi "with anyone" even choosing a normal stage. it could be another code doing it though.

I'm just wondering, but would it be possible to set the Controller modifiers (for players 5+, specifically) to "human", could you get Bomberman '94-esque multiplayer?

1. i don't know any thing about p5 p6 or p7. (multiman brawl has about that many people at a time...)
2. just copy the stuff into a txt file, leaving a space above "RSBE01"
3. i don't know how to post a txt file to download, unless by a upload site

Just an FYI, the following codes can corrupt save data.

Stage Builder Codes (DO NOT go overboard with stages much less go into the My Music menu while this code is on, it makes stages offline unplayable and crash when you try to play on them).

Stage Modifiers of anything can cause corrupt save data! If your Wii freezes online while using this code, it's most likely that you have gone anf effed your Wi-Fi up for good, only way to fix it is to erase your data and start over (or if you have a back up, reinstall the back up). If you used it only in one online mode the other oneline mode might not be affected but, I don't know. All I know is, it happened to me when I tried creating a room and the game froze and my Wi-Fi was screwed over so I reinstalled my save data.

And finally, I've heard that character mods also cause issues, but, I'm not 100% certain.

Again, BACK UP YOUR SAVE DATA BEFORE USING ANY CODE! Look up Savegame Extractor and Savegame Installer for the Homebrew Channel and you should be good if you back up your save.

are you sure the codes you used are the updated ones? Cause the person who made stated his new version (v2) was "Now with 100% less freezing". and all i know is that many codes can cause crashes, but i havn't experienced worse.

Maybe I'm just ******** (or not reading), but it seems like you get the random stage selector, or stage modifier, but no variables in which to choose the stage that gets selected.

Anyone have the codes, specifically to, play on the waiting room or target test? I know it works, I've seen it done and had it happen to me on Play Anyone.

Great, I'll go with those and see if I get any results.

There was a codepack on AiB but as if to spite me the link is dead, lol

One last quick question, there's a lot of variables in the random stage one:

14000058 XXXXXXXX
1400005C XXXXXXXX
E0000000 80008000

yet only 2 on the stage ID one:

4A000000 90180F08
10000033 000000XX
E0000000 80008000

Why so many? Which one would be used to change the stage on wifi?

This topic should be closed. Why?

Ocarina SEARCHES for codes you don't need to post any of them here.

Furthermore, you haven't even listed who made the codes, which WILL lead to issues should they happen to walk in here.

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? that would be the USB gecko, and those would be values that change. It's not like it magically works like Action Replay or Gameshark codes, you must know how it works. and I already explained that the codes were a huge collection of stuff collected. I'd have to go all the way back in order to attribute each code to whoever found them. All I know is the main contributors to the code are: Pizza Boy, Y.S., Heinermann, eric, and James0x57. most of which are attributed even.

I'm not exactly sure, i've only fiddle around with the wifi test code, which BTW is not the one that messes up wifi. but EVERY PERSON, NOT JUST YOU, MUST HAVE THAT STAGE AND PLAY IT OFFLINE IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK. I just don't think hacking and Wifi mix at all. :(

Anywho, I think for wifi stages like the wifi waiting room to play on (in a online battle) is changeing the wifi test code from:

4A000000 81000000
3253CDDC 01010101
305E25C4 00000036
145E25DC FFFFFFFF
E2000001 00000000
305E25DC FFFFFFFF
145E25D8 00000035
E2000002 80008000

To change this value,

4A000000 81000000
3253CDDC 01010101
305E25C4 00000036
145E25DC FFFFFFFF
E2000001 00000000
305E25DC FFFFFFFF
145E25D8 000000--
E2000002 80008000

from 35 to whatever (I could be wrong, VERY wrong), and still choose random. (it works alot easier than custom stages.

Has anyone looked into hacking away the time limits on masterpieces? I've long been considering getting some of the necessary stuff to apply such codes, and that sort of thing would probably be enough to convince me to do it.

Also, if anyone does know about the masterpieces, I'd further ask if EarthBound and Fire Emblem are still on the disc (and therefore theoretically accessible with codes). I would assume they'd be in Japanese, but it would still be something of interest.

So, which of these codes works on Wifi? I know the stage modifiers do for non-custom stages, but would I get disconnected if I, say, showed up in a With Anyone match as Wario Man?

I really need to find out which codes cause wifi not to work... probably a code that modifies the other players (like infinite jumps, colors, whatever)

also if you want to remove time limits on masterpieces, you might as well just use homebrew to emulate them (if you're using ocarina anyway) the only problem is emulating zelda ocarina of time, which requires a "bit" more hackn than usual.

Just to let you know, I REALLY wouldn't do that, but yeah, the special number for custom stages is 35, so that would probably be the only place to changes. (37 IS waiting room, and 38 IS target test? (not sure which level))

well I was hoping to make a whole "perfect" collection of codes, so that everyone wouldn't have to go searching everywhere for codes, have trial and error and stuff. the closest thing to an official one is http://www.usbgecko.com/codes/index.php?r=u&c=RSBE01, and that has about 11 codes, none of which are particularly deep in the realm of hacking. I just wanted a total collection of the codes posted in an orderly place. with correct and complete instructions and all.

Ok I see, well I should tell you that for the codes in the 2nd page you just said their names not the code.

No, in melee they were coded as player moves. But in brawl, they were coded specifically as BOSSES, meaning, no master hand for you.
Aww, that's too bad. Meh, they should have made Master Hand and Crazy Hand(also, maybe the alloys too I guess) playable in Special Brawl or something.

Cmon, Nintendo, almost all the other fighting games allow you to pick boss characters, why not let us too :(.

Though, it's not "just" that I want to play Master Hand and Crazy Hand, it'd also be fun if I could fight them at any time, since they made it really tough to get Master Hand and Crazy Hand in Classic mode(9 minutes, shorten from 18 minutes... Not to mention there are about twice as many giant or metal battles which could take a while).

Also, is there a debug menu or something like that in Brawl? Is it waiting to be found or is it not in the game?

alloys are playable

not every game has a debug menu. if there is one it will be found.

alloys DO work, custom stages DO work on wifi if both people have the code on. Custom stages also work. you just have to no contest the match before it ends, else you'll freeze.

Basically anything works on wifi as long as whoever you are playing has the codes on too (this is called Sync) otherwise you'll just suicide over and over to them, and same for you, they'll suicide. This is called desync.

so even with a standard stage, or something like wifi waiting room, the match won't work unless they both have the codes on?

so a normal stage like wifi waiting room works even if your the only one with the code. Right?
