Talking about Soviet Russia.............In Soviet Russia, Jigglypuff beats YOU.
It's good to see people take an active interest in American comics.Yup, I recently read it,and that book is just too much win.
Wobbuffet was moved to the OU tier after little data proving that he was actually Uber tier without proper testing. That only lasted a month however, as at the end of June 2008 he was proven to be way overpowered for the OU tier.Smogon said:The one and only set for Wobbuffet. With little prediction, or none at all if Encore is used, Wobbuffet can guarantee at least one kill. Choose Counter if your opponent is clearly a physical sweeper or Mirror Coat if it's special. If it's mixed, simply use Encore and proceed from there since your opponent can't switch out. Encore can also work to your benefit if the opponent chooses to use a stat up move as this will allow a free switch-in for one of your Pokemon and at least one turn of setup. Encore can also be used to PP stall if it comes down to that. Forcing a Pokemon to repeat a move while preventing them from switching is one of the most sadistic, and effective, strategies in Pokemon. Both Charm and Safeguard can come in handy as your last move. Charm can annoy physical attackers that attempt to set up on you and is particularly effective if they have been Encored. Safeguard is obviously there to prevent Wobbuffet from being crippled by status ailments and can support the team at the same time. The only downside is that Wobbuffet is very slow and will most likely be statused before it can use Safeguard. For this reason Wobbuffet works best with Aromatherapy or Heal Bell support. One of the main factors that prevents Wobbuffet from being a top tier uber is its lack of a recovery move, so having a teammate to support it with Wish can help ensure its longevity. Also, because of the powerhouses that dominate ubers, Wobbuffet will struggle against hard hitters such as Dragon Dance Rayquaza or Choice Specs Kyogre; as such, Light Screen and Reflect support allow Wobbuffet to perform its job significantly better.
Despite its tiny movepool, a lot can be said about Wobbuffet. It jumped straight into the Ubers tier in the Advance generation mainly because of its unique ability, which utterly shatters the concept of switching and countering. Nintendo changed Shadow Tag around in D/P so that two Pokémon with this same ability will be able to switch if both are sent out. This means the dreaded scenario of two Wobbuffet facing each other will no longer end in a draw. However, Shadow Tag is still a ridiculous ability and the abundance of Choice items limiting Pokémon to only one attack makes Wobbuffet's job even easier. The only thing that prevents Wobbuffet from being a complete god among Pokémon is the lack of a recovery move, which can be rectified by surrounding it with Wish support. While Wobbuffet isn't able to take some of the hardest hitters in the uber tier such as Swords Dance Groudon or Choice Specs Kyogre, Wobbuffet's ability to turn the game in your favor by eliminating that problem Pokemon or allowing you free turns of set up should never be underestimated.
So... nobody's even going to mention my Ganondorf, huh, even when I'm the only one that uses him in standard tournaments (a.k.a. not low-tier only ones)?i havnt even seen inui or kosh, but vex's gdorf >>>>>>>>>>>> anyone.
especially bums lolol
As long as there art Dip, I shall eateth the chips.Ok ill bring onion chips with garlic dip. No on is allowed to bring gum of any type or breath freshner NO ONE! (Plus every one must eat tha chips. Those are my terms)
Makes sense. Never thought of that really.Bnzaaa: I think Wobbuffet is banned, because a 1v1 between two Wobbuffets holding leftovers, cannot end. When both Wobbuffets eventually run out of PP, Struggle won't be able to outdamage the healing from the Leftovers, resulting in a stalemate.
Yeah, that's what I meantBnzaaa, you have Encore wrong. Encore makes ur opponent repeat the last move they used 2-6 times, not you.
Wobbuffet is ridiculous.
Also for your set, instead of Destiny Bond use Charm or Safeguard.
Inui did mention you in a later post on the tier list discussion topic.So... nobody's even going to mention my Ganondorf, huh, even when I'm the only one that uses him in standard tournaments (a.k.a. not low-tier only ones)?
You guys suck.
Actually I put that in there because Vex states himself that I'm a better Ganon than he is (more specifically, I'm more skilled at Ganon than he is; Vex wins in the mindgame department). I'm just surprised that nobody even gave me recognition even though just about everyone in ToS has played and complimented my Ganon.Clai, using a novelty character in standard format tourneys doesn't make you better or worth mentioning by default. Inui's Ganon is downright sick, even if he never busts him out against real characters.
You do have a pretty good Ganon, though, and I'd give you some recognition.
I'm going to purposely mess up my thunderstomps on that stage just so I can get the satisfaction of stomping Jigglypuff's eyes over and over and over again. Plus Volcano Kicks just so Jigglypuff will suffer more. How can Jigglypuff warrant her own stage? It's unbelievable.Jiggly.
And a Zapdos plushie is.......?Clai I liked your old avitar better. That purple sun guy is just gay
I was going to say the same thing. And a Zapdos plushie is.......?

Yeah, you can make that specific compliment, but in the end what matters as far as having a good <character> is whether or not you win and by how much. That's why (and this is not directed at you) people learning all the ATs for, say, Link, a character with a lot of them still can go into tourney, do badly, and get remembered as a bad Link.Actually I put that in there because Vex states himself that I'm a better Ganon than he is (more specifically, I'm more skilled at Ganon than he is; Vex wins in the mindgame department). I think that depends sometimes, cause if you don't use the characters like their suppose to, then people will just think you know their fancy tricks, but if you pull out some nasty combo's then people will be like "A link can do that?". or whatever character you're using. Then again I'm a scrub, so maybe it's more about winning.Yeah, you can make that specific compliment, but in the end what matters as far as having a good <character> is whether or not you win and by how much. @.@ wut?!?!?Hay! zapdos is a god among pokemon. putting him into a plushie form, makes it easier to understand the kind and caring heart behind this awesome creature.
